I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, especially Linda and Erix. They were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel like I was at home. The hotel is very child-friendly, and my kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach. The staff was always happy to help with anything we needed, and they made sure that we had a great time. The facilities are well-maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. I enjoyed chilling in the room opening the window and feeling gentle sea breeze. I also had the opportunity to go on the firefly tour and the ATV tour, which were both amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. I am already planning my next trip back, and I can't wait to try the snorkeling that Linda recommended.

The staff was very attentive and service minded. We had some issues with the air cond but we were offered to have another room pro-actively. Pool was great. Just some 3 min walking from a small plaza where there were a few add’l local restaurants

Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us! We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project. Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

Great location and very close to the ferry terminal. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, particularly the nasi goreng and mie goreng. Great pool and the beach was also lovely. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at the Saga Village Hotel. Everything was clean, and the bungalow fully met our expectations. We opted for the ecofarm tour, which was very interesting. The people are very friendly, and the food was always delicious. Highly recommended.

They are very good in protecting the welfare of the customers. We are given 1 hours extra to checkout due to our unexpectedly punctured tyre and make our entire trip late by an hour. Kevin the good samaritans here, please book Onyx Hotel they have exceptional customer service and support.

I enjoyed very much my stay in The Residence Bintan. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and polite. I felt that they were genuinely looking after me. I felt at home. I loved that the room and the bathroom was so spacious. The bed was very comfy. I could even choose my pillow menu. I stayed in an upper sea view room that had a hammock in the balcony that was fun. I enjoyed very much the BBQ on the beach on Sunday evening. The hotel could perhaps better promote these initiatives, for instance through its WhatsApp. I was pleased to see that the hotel tried to reduce the use of plastic, particularly for water in the rooms. In addition to the regular cleanup by staff every morning, it could consider organising daily beach cleanups with guests as the sea unfortunately brings plastic waste to the shore with the tide. It would be fun too! This was the first time that I stayed in a hotel that regarded solo travelers VIPs. Wow & bagus! (Dear The Residence Bintan, perhaps you could consider this policy when charging for an excursion too. 😉 One pax is one pax, particularly when joining two other fellow travelers. )

Our family recently had the most memorable stay at Banyan Tree Bintan, and we cannot thank the team enough for making it such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality exceeded all expectations. The view from our villa was breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made every moment special. Having access to the other hotels and facilities on the beach was great, as we had young children to entertain as well. Banyan Tree Bintan has given us memories to cherish for a lifetime, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you for everything!

It was a beautiful spot to break your routine life. Not a lot of people. It had a clean and amazing sights. Friendly staffs and very accommodative. Check in was smooth, you can ask for any request and staffs help to fulfill it. We had a city tour organized by the resort. It was good. This was a best vacation with my family. We had party for new year celebration with barbeque dinner. It has singing , dancing and karaoke 🎤 . We enjoyed the night 🌃 Wonderful experience!

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry...

Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

TP is not really a tourist place.

TP is not really a tourist place. The infrastructure is not really developed and the rubbish and water pollution is not under control. Its certainly interresting to see a third world country , but without any help of local people a foreingner is lost.

We stayed in the resort for everything, so can't really comment on anything else in the area. We were happy to spend time there relaxing, enjoying the resort amenities and eating in the resort restaurants. I'm unsure if anything else in the area is worth visiting or any good.

It is a place for rest.

It is a place for rest. The hotel has everything necessary for those who go to work, especially in the yard, which is about 20 minutes away. The arrival and departure of the hotel in relation to work is very simple.

It was a very relaxing trip.

It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.

This was my second time staying at TRC BINTAN…Lady Boss and their staff were very friendly helpful and kind they even let me check in early and check out late without any extra charge 😊 love the view especially in the morning (sunrise) im a solo traveller and this resort is highly recommend to those who just to want to relax and doing nothing 😁

Not much of tourism destination. But food is excellent and cheap. A great choice of seafood lover. Lack of convenience public transport for tourist. Local people are tremendously nice . Spent your time to visit Penyengat island which is nearby for a culture and heritage experience !

We arrived via ferry and the hotel organised all the transport from ferry terminal to the hotel and then back again when we left- this was amazing and really useful! Staff were super friendly, we were able to do everything we wanted and it was not super busy so always space to eat and sit by the pool.
