It is one of the best places I've ever stayed. The owners, staff, and guests gather together for dinner and all sit around chatting and sharing stories into the evening. Nothing is too much trouble for Dave and Janet and they really look after their guests.Cannot recommend Lualemba bungalows highly enough.

What a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived and Elias met me at the ferry I knew I had landed in paradise. Upon arriving at Manduna I felt immediately welcomed and in good hands. I'd had a long journey the previous day and immediately they took care of me, organising lunch and a hot coffee whilst I sat back and admired the view. The location is stunning! Essentially your own private beach. The room was comfortable, clean and the bed was MASSIVE. I had a gorgeous view of the beach from my balcony and I lay on the couch and read in the afternoons admiring the vista. I extended to stay a week and spent my time paddle boarding, swimming, reading, having some of THE BEST massages I've ever had, sipping beers and chatting to the staff. Eduardo, Lanna and their team have created a paradise and I will definitely be back.

We had the most amazing stay Casa Narrow and I would 100% recommend staying here! Christina was the best host, she helped us with ferry tickets, pick up from the port, scooter rental, booking massages and giving recommendations for activities. The rooms were great and the breakfast included in the room price was incredible! We had fluffy banana pancakes with tropical fruit and coffee. The lunch and cocktails from the menu were also amazing, lots of fresh seafood. Casa Narrow is located very close to a quiet beach and has a lovely rooftop area to watch the sunsets. We found this to be really good value for money.

We had an amazing stay at Bo’a Vida, the rooms are so comfortable. Carla and staff made sure we were always looked after and had everything we needed. The views from the room and breakfast were highlights. All the food was so fresh and delicious!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Coco-Kabanas. The place was incredibly artistic, with many small details that created a fantastic atmosphere. The staff was lovely, especially Sandra. She was exceptional, taking care of us every day with a warm smile and ensuring that our room and the entire property were spotless. Sandra assisted us with renting mopeds, doing laundry, grilling my freshly caught fish under the coconut trees as locals do, cutting fruits, and even offering a daily coconut treat. She was always there for us, making our stay even more enjoyable. It was really great to meet her! The beach is just a short walk through the palm trees, less than 100 meters away. We even had an ocean view from our bungalow, perfect for a morning swim in the crystal blue water. Right next to the beach is a resort open to the public. A one-kilometer beach walk will lead you to the boat guys who offer rides to the closest surf spot for 70.K IR per person. Alternatively, you can take your moped on a five-minute drive for daily surfing, which I recommend if you're planning to surf a lot. There is a supermarket nearby with ice-cold water and beers, and several restaurants close by. One standout is Warung Mbak Jawa, offering local food like nasi goreng for only $2. Further up, you'll find Fishbone, known for its high-quality bread, pizza, and burgers. It's a fantastic place, and I highly recommend staying here.
