Reception very helpful. It was later in the day when we arrived so after a quick walk were able to have a very nice dinner and drinks in the Hibernian Bar accompanied later by an Irish band. Breakfast was excellent and everything we needed was supplied in our room. Right opposite the Palace and Design shop I came here to visit.

Fabulous hotel, staff, location, food & parking. Our 3 day stay was perfect. The reception staff were absolutely amazing, especially Rachael. Our dining experience for breakfast & dinner was fantastic. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable, quiet, & we totally enjoyed the castle view. We would highly recommend this hotel & location for ease of visiting the beautiful sites in Kilkenny.

The location couldn't be beat. Ten minute walk to the train station and less than that to where all the action is. The beds are comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Would book again
