The hotel is gorgeous, check in was great. Check out was late relative to anywhere else. Breakfast was gorgeous. By the way, the hotel is divine. The stained glass and decor is out of this world. I went there with my mother and she adored it. It was a memorable stay and we would come back.

Perfect location, staff were lovely. Chamber and reception staff were exceptional. Weekend staff in dining room were not as attentive as the week day staff who were excellent even though there were only two people on. Breakfast was just okay, adequate for our needs but half way through our stay we went off the fried food - there were plenty of choices but I would have preferred more fruit choices. Lovely swimming pool, sauna and steam room but spa wasnt working unfortunately. Close to Waterford and Tramore, lots of local restaurants, bars and shops within a short drive so we were very happy and would definitely return.

The location is perfect, staff is very professional and friendly, room was very tidy and modern, room service was excelent. Breakfast was plentyful and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The wonderful staff, all extremely welcoming and kind (as they always are). They were even so kind as to post on a screen to us that our kid left behind. Mary was a great help. Room was perfect. Beds were super. Breakfast was nice and liked the fry being brought on to order rather than buffet. Pool great. Good value for money.

The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, with a cosy bed. The staff was very pleasant. Since we had to catch an early bus to Dublin they even prepared the breakfast for us at 6 a.m. The hotel is located very close to the city center.
