- From US$223.40 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 463 reviewsWe stayed at this hotel because we were looking for a 4 starts hotel near the cliffs, it wasn't easy because most places are 3 stars and less. The hotel is charming, run by a family who really cares about details and guests. Everything was comfortable, the stay was extremely nice, and since the coast of the Ocean is definitely worth visiting, we hit the tide and huge waves of the Atlantic, it was an almost epic experience! A place extremely worth visiting. Very nice stay.Guest review byEwaPoland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 375 reviewsRoom and beds very comfortable. Seems newly and stylishly refurbished. Central - bars and restaurants on your doorstep, beach close by and a swimming pool. Car park available behind hotel. We were part of a group which ended up all staying together on the top floor, 3 rooms here, had it all to ourselves along with a seating area on the landing which provided a great communal space for us. Owner checked in on us and staff very accomodating.Guest review byKarenIreland
- From US$182.25 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 683 reviewsAn amazing hotel in the Ballyvaughan. Even though Ballyvaughan is small place, we were mesmerized by the landscape, environment and people, their kindness and hospitality. This is pretty much same in the whole Ireland. Very kind people, open and cheerful. Staff at the Hylands Burren was excellent, breakfast was very good. Location is very close to Cliffs of Moher (by car), which was one of the reason we came to this area.Guest review byTamaraMontenegro
- From US$169.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,284 reviewsIt’s a grand hotel that despite being in a smaller town of Ennis, was a delight to stay in. Kids & adults alike enjoyed their breakfast and beds very comfortable. I would liked a small fridge in the rooms for storage of traveling food but as it was only for one night, we managed. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stop in for the night. Husband was surprised at the cost and thought it great value for money.Guest review byDemiAustralia

It was spacious and our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out.Guest review byRebeccaUnited States

Walk to the Cliffs of Moher from Doolin, preferably in a tour led by Pat Sweeney, instead of accessing the view from the Visitor Center parking lot that sort of feels like a bus terminal. You only have nature to look at by doing the walk instead of driving to the site.Guest review byJosephUnited States - 10.0
Ennis is a really nice town to visit.
Ennis is a really nice town to visit. There's a nice atmosphere to the place. Even though the whole of the centre was being dug up for improvements it was still really interesting to walk around. The bars were great. Good music and never closed if you were still drinking, it seemed.Guest review byMalcolm - 10.0
Awesome little surfy town with an amazing beach.
Awesome little surfy town with an amazing beach. Lots of great shopping and food experiences. Lovely friendly locals who are happy to help. We loved looking through the surf shops and getting to learn more about the culture. We're all the way from Australia and it was our fav spot in Ireland!Guest review byAvaAustralia - 10.0
Little town with great ability to travel around.
Little town with great ability to travel around. Near Cliffs of Moher and Doolin. There is square in the middle of the town. There are also church and stores. Check The Burren Smoked House, if you like salmon. There is also spa.Guest review byNinaSlovenia - 10.0
Liscannor is a beautiful city with many great views.
Liscannor is a beautiful city with many great views. The coast is incredible and the people are so friendly. The Cliffs of Moher are another amazing plus. Saint Brigids’s well os nearby and was an interesting stop as well. We ate lunch at the Frantic Chef and dinner in Doolin nearby at Gus O’Conners- both of which we’re delicious!Guest review byTysonUnited States - 8.0

It has great potential but over the last few years it has disimproved. It used to be much more buzzy, with many more shops and venues open. Still, it is close to so many lovely places to swim and walk. Monks was ok, we got shunted out of table as bigger group was coming in, and the food was just ok. Went to brillant old bar, O Laughlinns I think. Great, packed, lovely atmosphere, atmospheric, but nearly had a heart attach at the price of two very good whiskeys. Couldnt do this too often. Far less tourists around, I wonder why?Guest review bymaryIreland - 8.0

Location is very quiet and nearest restaurant/pub 3 miles away from the property. Noel looked after us well, we had no problems. Area is flat and the harbour just 50mts away. Great as a touring venue for a few nights.Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom - 10.0
What a lovely town.
What a lovely town. Went into Eugens for a whiskey tasting would highly recommend it. Eugene is a great guy thought me how to drink Irish Mist correctly, it was delicious. Paid a visit to the Falls hotel had a lovely irish coffee. The view of the cascades from the hotel are stunning. Attended an after wedding event at Pot Duggans what a great place. I would go back for their pizza any day it was fantastic.Guest review byMorton - 10.0

Ollie's walking tour of the Cliffs.
Ollie's walking tour of the Cliffs. Amazing experience you only get with this tour through private land. It is a moderate hike so wear good shoes and be prepared to climb over or through fences. Great shopping, restaurants and pubs. And of course, friendly people everywhere.Guest review byCarrieUnited States
