- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 984 reviewsI want to point out that we stayed at this location last year, and it was so nice, we returned. The staff go out of their way to make sure that everything is satisfactory and taken care of immediately. A couple of examples... 1. When we arrived, we noticed that the handle of the balcony door was loose. I went down and mentioned it to the front desk staff. Within one hour, the maintenance guy replaced the handle. 2. One evening at dinner, the sous chef came to ask us (among others) how the food was. I told him that everything was good, but the beef was dry . He looked at the slice on my plate, went to the carving station, and had the rest of that roast removed, and replaced with a new one that was not dry at all. Other great things... The food was delicious. Large selections at every meal. There is an open bar serving coffee, soft drinks, beer, and other alcoholic drinks. Pleasant entertainment every evening, singers, acrobats, dancing. The pool area is nice and well maintained. While we did not go into the water, there are plenty of lounge chairs, and a pleasant sitting area with chairs and tables. The room attendants were quick and efficient. Everyone at the hotel is always smiling, saying hello, offering to help. There are always people sweeping, mopping, polishing metal, cleaning mirrors and glass, cleaning the elevators, and so on.Guest review byEzriel
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,321 reviewsFirst, we were greeted when we arrived. Alona at reception was so helpful. Our luggage was then taken to our room. Our room had our own outside space, a bed, and direct access to the pool. Being senior citizens, because the room had a bath, they changed our room to one with a walk-in shower. The pool area and pool bar were great. The outside seating area also was great,. The breakfast was fantastic.Guest review byleonIsrael

All in all, fantastic hotel,, highly recommended.Guest review bynavaIsrael
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,078 reviewsWe liked all the meals, the pool, jacuzzi and VIP lounge. We were especially happy that the children's club had things that kept all my grandchildren from age 3 to 11 engaged. The last place we stayed at did not have games or activities that were suitable for the older children.Guest review byMarkIsrael

Eilat is a great place to scuba dive, snorkel, or do water sports. It is also extremely hot. So if your reason for going is to be underwater, I recommend it. If you want to be on land, don't come in the summer.Guest review byP MUnited States - 10.0

We have been many times to Ein Bokek. Love the Dead Sea area. Great walks along the front early in the morning. And only a few minutes walk to the Dead Sea Mall. Aet at Greg's in the Mall. Could do with more shops in the Mall.Guest review byLEONIsrael - 8.0

Overall a great place to stay however front desk had problems communicating in English. In addition request for blankets for star gazing. Request midday not a problem however when time to collect from front desk not only was the request not completed the gentleman was rude and arrogant.Guest review byEdwardUnited States - 10.0

We chose Ashdod because it was a short driving distance to the farm where we had volunteered to work. We liked the area where we stayed. Lots of markets and retail places. It was within a short distance from the beach as well. Not much activities per se. An art museum, cultural museum pertaining to the history of Ashdod and a couple of scenic views ( Givat Yonah). Our favorite eating place was on the beach called Petra - great shashukah. We had a car and getting around with the help of google maps was relatively easy. Otherwise, it could be a bit confusing with the many round abouts and complicated street grid. Our favorite spot was the beach and just walking around. A big Russian community there.Guest review byL LugerUnited States - 4.0

Closet town to the airbase ( ceremony event ) thought best to take a hotel for a night , enjoy the airforce ceremony and spend the night in Beersheba then head north the following day. The hotel was so bad I truly considered leaving ! However I had plans to pick up my daughter from a location close by the next morning so i reluctantly stayed the night.Guest review byannickIsrael - 8.0
Lovely relaxing sea side.
Lovely relaxing sea side. Good variety of restaurants and cafes by the Marina. Wonderful beach (Bar Kochba) with plentiful sunshades but without facilities (not even a kiosk open - September). Town looks clean and well kept.Guest review byAbrahamIsrael - 2.0
Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is.
Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is. I don’t think you can really call it a hotel. Tiny rooms, zero view, very run down. Hotel restaurant has some of the worst food we have ever had and is super expaive. The pool is a kibitz pool shared with residents.Guest review bySageeUnited States - 10.0
I am biased since I love Arad.
I am biased since I love Arad. This small city above the Dead Sea, with its clean, fresh air, peacefulness and quietness, and amazing Judean Desert views is very special. It soothes the nerves and does wonders for one's health. If you a lover of busy (and noisy) nightlife, this is not a place for you. But if you seek rest, peace, and tranquility, visit Arad.Guest review byKamilaGreece - 8.0

Located in the Negev desert, with easy access to hiking trails, need to have a vehicle to get there and to do any excursions as there is little in the immediate (walking) vicinity. Nice hotel, but no views, rooms have internal balcony so not nice to sit out. Studio room was large and well appointed. Staff were very friendly But her are the draw backs, overcrowded pool area, busy noisy dining room, excellent breakfast, dinner not so good. Did not use Spa, so no comments on this. Pleasant stay but Not great value for moneyGuest review byLaurenceUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Tv wasn't working, electricity cut off of at 7.30 in the morning, which forced us to get up due the the extreme heat as aircon did not work There were coffee and tea satches but no cups ans spoonsGuest review byberelowitzAustralia
