A fantastic place! The houseboats are amazing, either on the river, or in the garden...Spacious, well equipped, clean. You can't beat a glass of prosecco on the terrace at sunset... Within the resort there is a pool area, sports facilities and a riverboat with a restaurant and a sundeck. They have bicycles for rent, and even deliver breakfast to your room. I can only recommend this place. We had a really great time.

We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—something especially appreciated as I was traveling with a special needs child. The service was warm, thoughtful, and truly attentive throughout our stay. The highlight for me was the spa – an absolute dream! It was serene, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect escape for some much-needed relaxation. Being here in the pre-season made everything even more peaceful, with no crowds and a calm, easygoing atmosphere. The food was also amazing! This was the first hotel I visited where everything was as it was advertised/on the pictures - literally. Staff are really friendly and all speak Italian, German and English. The guys at the reception are really helpful. They truly take care of you with whatever question/request you have. I would like to thank for 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗮 first hand for all his help. Location. Well, you can reach anything in 5 mins walk: beach, restaurant, bar.. even a small Supermercato. Room (501). Huge room with even bigger balcony. Enjoyed having sunbath on the sun-lounges and sitting on the evening in those comfy chairs. The sofa is really nice to sit in, too but that bed. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹. It is big (𝟤𝟢𝟢𝑥𝟤𝟢𝟢𝑐𝑚) and it is sooo comfortable (I wish they sold the same model in the UK... would buy one now..). Breakfast. Cannot say more - it is as on the pictures. Fresh, delicious. Internet. Good enough. I was able to stream via VPN without any lag while other devices were using it as well. TV. There is a 4999 channels on the TV. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and others are available.. (mainly on German language..) Would I go back? Definitely YES! PS - Thanks Mattia again 😊

Jesolo was quiet and lots of restaurants closed for the...

Jesolo was quiet and lots of restaurants closed for the season, however still enough choices. We travelled 4th October. The transport options were still excellent and extremely good value, we used buses and ferries. We travelled to Venice via coach from Jesolo bus station and also to punta sabbioni to catch the ferry to island hop to Bruano and murano then on to Venice to then catch the direct ferry back to punta Sabbioni (which is about 25 mins on local bus from the closest bus stop (5 mins) from Superior Beach aparthotel. Jesolo was clean and the beach, being out of bathing water season was still very clean and tidy and wonderful to walk on, the sand is very soft. We would definitely visit during May - Sept also.

Grado is a lovely place, though we didn't get to explore all of it. Plenty of places to eat and drink. the walk around the seawall is great, parks, history and buildings were all amazing. I would go back again.

Lignano has all you need for a comfy vacation.

Lignano has all you need for a comfy vacation. Lovely beaches, a lot of nature, great shopping, excellent choice of restaurants and food establishments. Be aware that at the end of September many places in Lignano Pineta start to close so you need to travel to other parts of Lignano for shopping / eating out but parking is easy so not a big deal. I enjoyed walking around the town with very little auto and human traffic around :).

Carole's beach was perfect for us.

Carole's beach was perfect for us. It was sandy, gently sloping, and jellyfish-free. In the evenings, the central streets of the town turn into pedestrian zones with various attractions. During our vacation, we managed to visit a Miró and Dalí exhibition at the Centro Culturale Bafile as well! The beach promenade behind the hotels offers excellent opportunities for nighttime strolls and is also great for morning runs. At the end of the promenade, near the Chiesa della Madonna dell'Angelo, the night and daytime views are stunning.

Bibione is a very tourist friendly location, with lovely beaches and restaurants, offering families an ideal breakaway. There are plenty of activities for the kids in the easy accessible town centre, offering an alternative when needed.

Cavallino-Treporti is a very good, family-oriented beach...

Cavallino-Treporti is a very good, family-oriented beach town. Less crowded, more green with trees and farm fields instead of high rise towers on the beach. Most bike-friendly area with excellent paths across the island. Took an easy ferry to Burano, which was a wonderful day, less touristic than Murano and just as pretty. Excellent choice of restaurants and a great fireworks show on the beach on that weekend's Saturday.

Charming little village with beautiful scenery of pine forest. Perfect for families as well as adults looking for quiet holiday destination. Beaches are wide and clean with all amenities which you need. Very good choice of restaurants option with delicious sea food.

Compared to crowded Caorle, Duna Verde is quite quiet place. Couple of good restaurants, two small shops, beach not overcrowded, nice sea. Big supermarket 3 km, Caorle 8 km. The place in the restaurants is recommended to be booked upfront.

just behind the hotel is a strip where all the bars,shops , restaurants are located. they all appeared to be of a very high standard. great beer options. food is made to a very good standard. We went into John Martins , Mary's , Route 66 and theB. live music venue. drink and food prices reasonable. the beach is sunbeds cheek by jowl, but the hotel alocates sunbeds. very safe beach and warm meditteranian sea. use insect bite cream though due to the lagoon location.

Grado is such an amazing location with its historical center...

Grado is such an amazing location with its historical center, cathedral and breathtaking landscape; also the surroundings are absolutely wonderful: Gorizia is such a lovely city to visit and, if you have got the chance, go for her Transalpina Railways in the heart of Slovenia :)
