The staff were all so welcoming and helpful The bed was super comfy The restaurant food and service was excellent The pool was lovely and the only thing here is there isn’t a rail to get in / out for accessibility but staff were always helpful if needed for my husband accessing / egressing the pool as we’re so many guests a very special thanks to Matteo the general manager who was so helpful and wanted to ensure my husband who travels with a mobility scooter had the best possible facilities and offered us room choices Matteo is always very visible each day wandering and speaking to guests All staff were lovely but other special thanks to those who always went above and beyond are Antonio in the restaurant , Francesco at the bar and Alvin in entertainments and activities The swimming pool was lovely and never felt very crowded My husband uses a travel mobility scooter and it was all accessible We would definitely return
