Antigua & BarbudaThe Sago Palm hotel exceeded my expectations in everyway. Located in the heart of every thing. Getting out and around was easy. I traveled alone and I felt safe when I went out. Lots of shops and restaurants around to sample the local delicacies and feel the true spirit of Jamaica. The staff at the hotel were all phenomenal! Great food that came piping hot! Clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. I can't fault anything about this hotel. I am very happy that I chose to stay there and will return and proudly give my recommendations.

We stayed at two lovely villas side by side as a family of seven, and it was the perfect setup for us. Both villas were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from cooking utensils to washing facilities. The homes are located in a secure, gated community, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The area felt very safe, and the location was ideal for getting around and exploring.
Keith was a fantastic host—professional, responsive, and incredibly patient as we navigated our own issues. He swiftly ironed out any minor concerns and always made sure we were comfortable. Jason was also great to interact with—friendly, professional, and quick to assist when needed. Both Keith and Jason were always on hand and made the experience feel seamless.
The on-site LFA Country Store was a huge convenience, stocking most essentials you’d need during your stay. Keith also shared helpful local recommendations, including places to eat and visit. I personally recommend the Rooftop Bar & Grill in Salem—the next town over—for a great meal with a view. Puerto Seco Beach is another great option—a beautiful private beach located about 30 minutes away and well worth the trip.
As an added bonus, Keith also offers car rentals at a great price, which makes getting around even easier.
Would definitely recommend Jamnick Vacation Rentals and would happily stay again!

Intimate setting, 4 beach bays with beautiful white sand clear sea, centrally located main pool, main dining area, pool deck, entertainment all in the same main area.
Quiet pool didn't visit, but other quests enjoyed. .
3 bars, beautiful swing bar, main bar, and second beach bar.
Disco, again, great fun, bar inside the disco as well.
Staff was helpful, engaging, and interactive. Really create a beautiful welcoming environment.
Room, I was in the court, room 603, loved the room. Newly updated, great ac unit, mini fridge, desk, chairs.
I didnt get the opportunity to view the bungalow, however; I'm sure they're beautiful! Next time for sure.
Definitely returning customer, planning on revisiting at Christmas!

I loved the old school Jamaica Hospitality. The flowers in the room and the ones that come with room service. The staff really seem to enjoy working at Jamaica Inn and that comes across to the guests. The complimentary cocktail on the Beach and the High tea. The grounds are lovely and the beach area was free of seaweed.

What a lovely place - we loved it and are looking forward to going back! Food was lovely, staff outstanding (especially the singing omelette chef at breakfast, who is an absolute star!) and we really enjoyed everything about the place.

It was a pleasure staying at this property and it exceeded all expectations! The modern updates seamlessly blend with the island charm, creating a perfect retreat. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the living areas are ideal for relaxation. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes to the beach and Dunn's River . This home truly felt like a luxurious getaway. Highly recommend for a getaway with the family.

The property itself was not bad. The accommodation need to be updated. Also, host need to make sure that deposit is refunded back to guests in a timely manner. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting on mine.

I saw the new pavement being laid,it could have been carried out with a little more urgency and the road crossing being made over (painted) and even if it’s only for a few hours a day crossing guards to make motorists aware of with signs the pedestrians right of way

The property provided exactly what I needed to feel comfortable. The location is great, it is peaceful and it allows me to feel really safe. My favorite restaurants are very close so there was no need for excess travel for food. The host is accommodating, courteous and very helpful. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Richmond is a lovely property with an exellent pool, gym and opportunities to go walking. It also has a children's play area for those who have children. There is also 24 hour security who are well trained and polite. The convenience store nearby is well stocked and there is also a pharmacy and coffee shop where you can get Jamaica's famous Devon House ice cream. There are numerous restaurants nearby, local attractions such as Dunns River Falls, Dolphon Cove, and Chukka Cove. The Knutsford Express stops nearby too which makes pickup and dropoff convenient.
