Im speechless. The hotel, room was amazing. The staff was so nice, so kind, willing to help anytime. The breakfast was the best in all Jordania. Food are so delicious and no metter that we were in the time of Ramandan, they made us most delicious breakfast and wide variety of dishes. They are all so kind and adequate. I highly recommend anyone.

The cleanest hotel where we stayed in Jordan. I really appreciated the comfortable bed, the modern and clean bathroom with a big shower. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, we had clear explanation of everything. The check in and check out went quickly as well. They served delicious breakfast with jordanian food, but we also found continental food for example omlet or sausages. There is a lovely rooftop too. Also an extra advantage that the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Berenice beach. We were very much sarisfied with the hotel, we can only recommend it.

Super welcoming and helpful staff, they really cuddled us. Excellent quality of the linen, towels, and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever tried! It was quite cold and windy, we couldn't enjoy for long the external pools, which are in a spectacular position. Would be nice to get back with warmer weather, we enjoyed the sauna instead! The beach is 1 minute away by car.

This was the third time we stayed at the Bait Ali, and it's as pleasant and gorgeous as ever. Obviously, a lot of loving care and attention to details goes into everything. Ever-present and ever-smiling manager Osama efficiently takes care of "everything, everywhere all at once", and Khader at the reception is also very helpful. The food is outstanding. The rooms are spic and span, and whoever takes care of the gardening deserves applause, too!

The hotel looked so pretty. Although I am not a resort type of girl in this hotel I would stay again. There has so much attention been paid to details (like the beautiful flowers, gardens etc) but also the pool etc. Everything looked so clean and taken care for. The hotel was also close to the beach and at the beach you could use the beds. Also nice restaurants and some little shops near the hotel.

Breakfast was in a comfortable place with partly traditional food. The place of the hotel was near to the centrum, but not noisy. You can go from there everywhere (beach, markets, sights, restaurants etc.) by feet. The nice man of the reception gave us a room upgrade, told us a fantastic place to go for eating fish and where to go to see nice sights.

The view is amazing, I highly recommend getting the Martian pods, they are unique, spacious and well appointed. The shower is large, great water pressure and hot water, which was a surprise as you’re in the middle of the desert. The room rate includes dinner and breakfast buffet which were both good with plenty of choice and decent quality.

From the moment we arrived at Al Sultana Luxury Camp, Rami made us feel completely at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out immediately. He personally helped us settle into our room, handled our luggage with care, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert. Rami also went the extra mile with small gestures that made a big difference — from helping us wrap our scarves perfectly for the desert wind to making sure we always felt comfortable and cared for. Such an amazing city with welcoming community. Try visiting ghandour beach in the morning to avoid the crowd Your stay should be at Aquavista hotel or Captains hotel if you are on a budget. Most of the restaurants have amazing and delicious menu’s Ayla oasis have to be on your visit check list.

It is wonderful city.

It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

The water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing swim or enjoying the sun. My kids had an absolute blast. The gentle waves made it ideal for them to play and swim safely. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect. With warm temperatures but a cool breeze, it was a great escape from the heat.
