The location is great and near Haneda airport for late arrival and late check-in. They provide free shuttle bus service for guests from late arrival or early departure. Booked the king size bedroom for myself and my niece, the room is spotless and spacious, with a great night view. The interior and lighting ambience are good. They are very kind to let us have a late check-out, it's a plus point for families with kids. There are convenient stores nearby to grab a quick bite. Short walking distance to metro station.

Probably, the best experience I had in hotels. Spacious (seriously spacious, especially for Japan) room, all the needed facilities, including big fridge, lounging area, super convenient coffee kettle, and lots of storage space. Very green-conscious. Laundry is on-line payable and controlled. Perfectly located close to all main sites and promenade, but noise insulation is great, so we had fantastic sleep. We had a great deal or the stay and I would definitely stay again when in Yokohama. Btw, if you are arriving by Minatomirai line, head for exit 4, it's just next to the hotel and has elevator (weirdly enough maps send you to the exit 2).

Modern APA hotel experience. Clean rooms, lots of quality amenities, all the stuff you need to spend the night. The room was quiet with the ability to store your suitcases under the bed. Ikebukuro is a great place to stay. North of the JR station there's a red light district with a lot of bars, pubs and night entertainment. South of it there's Sunshine city with a lot of arcades and anime shops. The Ikebukuro station gets you pretty much all around Tokyo in 30 minutes, thanks to the Yamanote line and multiple metro lines.

The place is very clean and the room is very good. We were a couple and it got a bit too small for the both of us and our luggage (but we were already expecting this!). I would recommend bringing only one piece of luggage for each person. Oh, also, very close to the Shinjuku Station, which is very good! We also stayed in a different APA hotel during our stay in Tokyo and both had the exact same bedroom and bathroom configuration and standards, so I think this is a reliable hotel chain.

As always in APA hotels, here too the room is small (even very) and extremely efficient. it just has everything in it! I love the sophisticated design and thought of every detail in APA hotels. the breakfast is also good and there is even a shuttle from/to the airport, free of charge. the Onsen is great and is definitely a bonus for those staying at APA hotels. in conclusion: a highly recommended hotel for those looking for a pleasant stay near NARITA airport.

Yokohama is a great place to visit if you are a traveler.

Yokohama is a great place to visit if you are a traveler. A lot of hotels to stay in, and the train (Yokohama station) is just right there. You will never get lost. You can also visit local pubs and restaurants nearby the station.

Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

Hakone is a beautiful area and we had clear weather so we saw great views of Mt. Fuji. However, it was super crowded and congested with people so we spent most of the day waiting in lines. The line for the ropeway was out of the building and took well over an hour. We were there before the New Year holiday so while winter is usually low season, it was definatley full of tourists around the holidays. If visting Hakone, make sure it's actually low season or be ready to stand in lines all day long.

Location was perfect due to being very close to the train station and that area had so many food and drink spot that was super affordable and was delicious. Staff was so friendly and professional and answered all our questions/needs. Breakfast was simple yet filling and delicious. 10/10 would/will stay here again in the future Japan trip!

Chiba is an amazing city and because Star Wars Celebration...

Chiba is an amazing city and because Star Wars Celebration 2025 was held there this year, I had to come and visit. The city is only about an hour away from Tokyo and going there from Chiba was easy to do. Locally speaking, Chiba offers many different places to eat (some of the best donuts I've ever had came from a donut shop called Uni Donuts close to the hotel I stayed at) and a cool Anime hobby store.

Nice place to stay easy to reach by metro from Haneda. Easy to get to Tokyo and other interesting locations like Kamakura. Considerably less expensive than staying in Tokyo. Feels like a real Japanese city not touristy. Not a place to go if you are into big city commotion. The open air folk museum is excellent.

Beautiful quaint town.

Beautiful quaint town. Easy to get around, plenty of places to eat and fun places to visit, and great fun to walk around. Close to the Temple complex, and other interesting places. Will try to get back here when I am in Japan again. Highly recommend.

Nice quiet suburb of Tokyo that isn't overpriced or infested with tourists, but also still has easy, reasonably direct access to Tokyo city center. Only downside is there's not too much in terms of nature or views, but overall still have a nice relaxing vibe.

Nice location to visit for max two days, touristic but not too over-crowded and people in general very friendly. Some of the Onsen are amazing - if you like it - and the ski resort (if open since top part closes fast with some wind and snow) is small and somewhat outdated, but still nice for 1-2 days. Some restaurants offer good value for money, but reserve on time and be prepared to have diner around 18/18:30 latest since everything closes early.
