The property is clean! the room is big enough for 2 pax. All your basic needs is there. The location is near Mt. Fuji / Fujisan station which also accessible for bus stop going to/from Tokyo/Shinjuku. They have rooftop which you can view the beautiful Mt. Fuji. The staff are nice. The hotel was wonderful from the very first moment. We arrived by car and found organized parking right in front of the hotel. The staff warmly welcomed us, took photos of us with the cherry blossoms and Mount Fuji, and then handled our luggage. Check-in was very clear and detailed, and our room had a stunning view of the lake and Fuji — absolutely beautiful! The location was excellent, and the traditional Japanese breakfast was both delicious and a memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and even felt a bit sad that we didn’t have an extra day there. Highly recommended!

7c Villas and Winery. Near Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji. Fabulous zen like modern place. Wood furnishings and even a heated floor for the cooler days and nights. Excellent heating system. Rain shower. Private deep ofuro - Japanese style bath tub in your own outdoor walled off courtyard with seating are looking out on your private garden. We stayed in a Mt room (Mt. 6) but I think all the mountainside rooms would be similar. Amenities include pajamas, lounge wear, Uniqlo warm insulated rain coats (when it’s cold), rubber clogs (like crocs) to wear outside. In room modern coffee grinder and kettle. Amazing and full breakfast brought to your room. This place has its own winery. Very peaceful and relaxing here even if Mt Fuji view areas are crowded with tour buses. We highly recommend.

It was quite the trek to get to the property from Kyoto but it was definitely worth it. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated very well by the exceptional staff. The property is beautiful and was the perfect one day getaway to relax after spending a week constantly walking around Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima. I will never forget the view of Mt. Fuji from our private onsen or the delicious 8-course kaiseki. Be sure to arrive by the 2:30PM check-in as there is so much to do on the property. From a taiko drum show to a tea lounge, there’s something for everybody. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and can’t wait to visit again in the future.
