This hotel was absolutely amazing!! From the room, to the staff & all of the facilities!! Wow!! The room was so clean & a nice, big size!! Comfy bed!! The pool was huge & so great for a swim. Food was really good & on top of everything, the staff were so pleasant, helpful & kind!!

The breakfast option were adequate, and the food was prepared well. I especially love the ocean view from the restaurant. The room was spacious with good lighting, desk, and a comfortable bed. Also, it was very quiet. the hotel was within walking distance of ocean side eateries.

This is THE place to stay in Kep. Tasteful bungalows with everything you need, great pool facilities, delicious breakfast and the most helpful and kind employees - so helpful in giving us an introduction to Kep and its restaurants and attractions, organizing a Tuktuk tour and transfer to our next destination.     The gardens are beautiful with lots of birds and surrounding wildlife. The property backs onto Kep National Park and from the swimming pool you get a lovely view of the sun going down. Eric the host was so friendly and helped us to arrange a boat trip to Rabbit Island which I would highly recommend at 10$ return, tuk tuks to the beach and the bus depot (2-3$) as well as hiring a moped from them (7$). Everything was made easy for us. The food was homemade and delicious, with prices ranging from 4-6$. We ate there every evening and enjoyed every bite. As a vegetarian I was well catered for. A perfect place to relax and unwind with a pool table, open eating area and all bungalows have a private balcony.

    Clean, spacious rooms with great AC. Pool is huge and cleaned daily. Plenty of loungers, play area for children and a small pool area for children. Breakfast was simple and nice. The food and drinks in the pool bar were brilliant. We ate here every night. It is close to Sunset Cafe, Kep National Park and the boats to tour islands and rabbit island. Kep Beach is a short walk and is lovely. We used a regular tuk tuk and this was the handiest way to get around. I would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in Kep.

    I spend a wonderful night at Knai Bang Chatt, the room was very comfortable, the staff is amazing and helpful. The food at the Strand restaurant and the beach front restaurant called the Wave as absolutely good. the Watersport was the right time from October.

    Kep tourism has not picked up like in neighboring Vietnam or...

    Kep tourism has not picked up like in neighboring Vietnam or Thailand and is probably for slightly more adventurous type of travelers (incl. with kids). Indeed, the city remains very green, airy and offers a truly Cambodian experience. Think crab market with slinging hammocks, mangrove boat trips, secluded pagodas, off grid guesthouses on Rabbit Island (disconnection!), nice dinner by the sea or even a gentle hike in the National Park. Renting motorbikes to visit caves or Kampot nearby are nice add-ons for a longer stay.

    Kep was a great day trip for us.

    Kep was a great day trip for us. We walked in the National Park, took a dip at the beach, got a beer by the seafront and chilled in a hammock and then got food in the market and a restaurant. We had excellent seafood in the market (squid in pepper sauce for 75c!) and sunset margaritas Parts of the seafront were totally empty/abandoned - empty lots on the boardwalks. It was quite different to what we had read in guidebooks I think. Perhaps development going on? We also had quite an aggressive Tuk Tuk driver who had driven us to our accom the night before follow us from point to point during the day who would not stop engaging with us.. even when we said no repeatedly which made us (2 females) quite uncomfortable, especially arranging Tuk Tuk for our next journey. Having travelled to many other countries in SE Asia before, I found this a lot. Be careful.

    We spent 2 nights in Kep on the way to the Vietnam border (Ha Tien). Kep was the most chilled, relaxed place I have visited in Cambodia. Fantastic crab restaurants right on the water, but no tourist markets/pressure to buy things. Amazing sunsets over the gulf and islands each day - lovely place to come and do nothing but wonder around, eat great seafood and relax.
