The hotel is really well placed in the city and the people working there are so nice. Firstly we came earlier to put our suitcase but they offer us an early check in. Another big point is free water and amenities that are really helpful. Finally the room is really spacious and the bath is huge! I would stay there for sure next time I'm going to Busan.

It's perfect . It's actually the first time I've traveled to Busan properly in Korea, and this hotel made my time perfect. It's close to Yongdusan Park and almost right in front of Nampo Station, the friendly staff, the new interior, the cared tea, beds and blankets, all of which made this trip perfect. there are also so many usb charge port. anywhere! it is very useful thing to me. Everything was just perfect! Truely 5 star hotel! The staff is amazing, the room looked even better than on the photos, breathtaking views, all equipment worked perfectly! Pure satisfaction! It is located next to Songdo Beach and cable car station, and despite its location might be remote from other attractions, I would definitely stay there again! Our experience in the restaurant "On the Cloud" was just exceptional 👌

We went to Busan for the lantern fest at Samgwansa temple and looked for a hotel in Seomyeon: many buses go from Seomyeon directly to the temple or you can even walk there (3km), it takes only 25 minutes to go to Haeundae or Gamcheon village, less to Busan station. Lotte Hotel proved to be an excellent choice: rooms with spectacular views, all the furniture looked newly restored, very nice lounges, excellent wifi, good coffee, beautiful external pool, everyone extremely helpful — we will stay there again, when in Busan.

One of the best location in Haeundae Beach, close to everything, just couple of minutes walk from subway station, 1 min to the beach, plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The room is decent size, decent bed, decent bathroom. I would say it was perfectly clean (for such a branded hotel), but it certainly was above ok. 100% recommended to anyone if you plan to stay in the area.

Scenery is good, people are nice and friendly.

Scenery is good, people are nice and friendly. However, language is a big problem to foreigner as few people can speak English. Lack of signs in English to show foreigner how to get to sightseeing place. Order food during lunch and dinner almost found difficult to order due to communication breakdown. I feel comfortable and enjoyable in Seoul than in Busan, simply because of the communication breakdown in Busan.

Great place to visit with many attraction spread around the city. Songdo beach, Chinatown and Gamcheon Village well worth visiting. Easy to get there on the local buses. Using Navermaps was easy. Will stay longer if we get a chance to visit again.

Busan was an amazing city and definitely worth visiting. All the attractions are very dispersed so you need to allow lots of travelling time to get around. The transport (subway and bus) was clean and efficient and easy to use.
