Very well situated for the town square and nearby railway station. A modern hotel that felt and looked refurbished very recently, our room seemed brand new. It has a great war remembrance atmosphere. Breakfast was very good too, hot andcold options.

Wonderful friendly hosts. Beautiful hotel in lovely quiet area. Even quieter my weekend there as maintenance meant the train closed down. Room small but functional, spotlessly clean. Good robust shower. May be a limited choice of evening meals but the 2 I had were delicious especially the steak. Breakfast was also very nice. After 5 days of travelling from town to city to town those 2 peaceful days in a gorgeous setting where just the tonic

This has to be the best accommodation I have stayed at. It was clean, the staff were all amazing and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The location was great. I would definitely stay there again
