It was amazing overall, especially our room and the sauna. The sauna is a must when you're there, a truly magical experience and we got lucky in terms of having a snow. The staff went an extra mile and gave us everything we needed. Highly recommended.

I selected the place to celebrate my birthday with a small group of friends. It appeared to be a perfect choice. We met Nina, the owner of the apartments. She is very hospital and friendly. The place is marvelous. It is a great choice if you want to spend some time in a guiet place near a lake, relax and enjoy nature. Swimming, barbecue, strolling at the picturesque surroundings brought us perfect rest and unforgettable memories. Convenient car parking. Clean spacious rooms, each having a separate entrance from the terrace. A tea pot in each room, a fridge and some welcome snacks. We chose to have breakfasts and dinners at the place and cared about food. However, one can use a restorant in nearby spa hotel or go to Cesis. I'd like to come back one day and stay in Dzeni for at least a week.

Staying in the middle of the forest allowed me to completely disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, creating a cozy retreat. Location is amazing, quiet serene forest, surprisingly few mosqitoes. Bathroom and kitchen are excellent and have everything you might need. We had a great time cooking some meat and veggies on the grill and enjoying a nice quiet evening away from the city.

The place really exceeded all the expectations we had. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The design and how it all made up is just impressive. The sauna is a great addition and the fact that just outside of the house you have a fresh stream of water is mind-blowing. For those who are into cold exposures this is a real gem. The house located in the great area which is very close to Gaujas national park, Sigulda and other beautiful places within a short drive distance. The host was very welcoming and could communicate in English which is a great addition. Overall we loved few nights we stayed in the house and we wished we could stay the whole week or even longer. Definitely coming back!
