We arrived at the ITO Atlas Timnay chalets at around 9 p.m. and we had a hearty welcome. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant, consiting of a Moroccan soup and a vegetarian pizza. Both were very tasty and more than enough. The waiter in the restaurant was also very friendly. In general, the staff speak good English at ITO Atlas Timnay chalets. The chalets consist of two separate apartments under one roof. After more than a week in Morocco, this was the first accommodation with radiators, as is common in Europe. Overall, the apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortably furnished. The hot water comes on quickly and the lighting—especially in the bathroom—is very good. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. It leaves nothing to be desired. The parking spaces are covered and secure.

Our stay at VANA Hotel was perfect. The rooms and facilities are brand new and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the central heating made the room wonderfully cozy. The shower was outstanding, great water pressure and plenty of hot water, making it a real pleasure to use. The window shutters were also fantastic, keeping the room dark for a great night’s sleep. Above all, Ibrahim and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Ibrahim hospitality truly made our stay special. If I ever return to Midelt, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It's just like staying at your old uncle's house that you love so much. What a great host and family! They welcomed us in the best way possible and we're ready to help with any requests. We went hiking with his son and they provided us with all accessories, like walking sticks and gloves. The village is calm and peaceful and from the terrace you can watch the daily life of the people living there. Moreover the surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. Tajines were very delicious and very abundant. The river makes a perfect white noise to sleep. Thank you for everything!

The hotel is located right by the lake, with no other houses around. Most peaceful place in Morocco I've visited. We were the only guests therefore we had the whole mountain and lake for ourselves. That's a treat. The hotel is brand new (with a history goes way back though), beautifully decorated, super clean and offers 100% comfort. Staffs are extremely friendly, attentive and informative, shared a lot of knowledge and information with us and in the mean time made us feel like home. We enjoyed every minute of our time being here and it was surely an unexpected highlight thoughout our whole moroccan trip. Though it's not right on the touristic route but totally worth it to make a short detour and spend one or two nights here.
