We had an amazing stay at Ari Boutique Hotel. The service is excellent and so friendly. Sahid at reception organized all our excursions, even considering the weather to ensure the best experience. Chef Rashid made our mornings special with his warm greetings and delicious breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city a breeze. This riad is absolutely stunning. You will feel like royalty from the moment you enter the doors. Everything is pristine. Rabi and Mohammed were especially kind and took care of every detail. They say, "You are at home here." The pool area is very comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant overlooks Jemaa el Fna. The location couldn't be better for Marrakech medina. Do not hesitate to book here. It's amazing.

I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. Areas to relax and just spend some time enjoying the garden in the central swimming pool area, the restaurants and specially the Indian restaurant in the rooftop. I really enjoyed my stay at Riad Amalia and I would always come back and recommend this place to my family and friends. The place itself is very beautiful and very quiet so that you can sleep peacefully. It is still close to all attractions and you can even walk to the Medina. The breakfast is also amazing and changes every day. I would also like to highlight the staff who was very friendly and helpful. I arrived very late at night and they picked me up from the taxi and carried my luggage to the hotel as you cannot directly park in front of it. They also helped me on another evening when I was looking for an ATM late at night. They showed me the nearest ATM close by and even accompanied me since I always feel a bit worried as a woman traveling alone. However, that was unnecessary as the area is very safe. Overall, it was an outstanding stay and I would not change a thing.

    Our stay at the Labranda Targa Aqua Parc was absolutely delightful and perfect. There are five outdoor pools and a lively waterpark featuring four thrilling slides. All inclusive buffet was really good , including made‑to‑order omelettes and pizzas and snack bar in the afternoon it is a plus. Very good selection of drinks and cocktails. Our room was spacious and spotless. The animation team- Jumbo Club were friendly, professional and always ready to help; the evening entertainment was lively and very nice. Many greetings for Yasser (animation team). It’s an excellent all‑inclusive choice for those wanting poolside enjoyment with easy access to Marrakesh’s cultural gems. Highly recommended—and we look forward to returning!

    Exceptional service, both attentive and discreet. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful decor and attention to detail, with lovely, well maintained gardens. There is a sense of calm and symmetry everywhere, with the fresh sound of water fountains in the background. There are beautiful floral decorations and plenty of indulgent treats and chocolates to be enjoyed anytime. Breakfasts on the private rooftop was delicious and the culinary choice and presentation was of a high standard throughout. There is great pride in their culture of hospitality and we enjoyed that very much.

    This hotel exceeded our expectations, travelling with two young kids I wasn't sure what to expect, reception staff were good and helpful, food was very nice throughout. The slides that were open were great for the kids, some of the bigger slides weren't open but wasn't an issue with the age of our kids. Animation team were amazing, they worked tirelessly making sure that everyone were involved on whatever they were doing. The kids disco at night completed the day. We will return for sure.

    They had a wide range of food and it was amazing. Room was spacious with a vary comfortable bed. Entertainment for the kids was good and they had shows/ discos every night where they had so much fun. All staff were very polite and respectful. If you visit Ismail at the tour office he can book a wide range of tours. Definitely staying again!

    The market square in the evening is very busy but there's not really much variety in entertainment. Beware of pickpockets and thieves. I did encounter one trying it on with me, and another who stalked me at an ATM. Do the Guru walk with Youssef. He is brilliant. There's a restaurant where they do meat roasted in a pit. Gordon Ramsey's been there. The lamb is okay, but ask for shoulder. The beef is excellent. It is overpriced though. Girls, don't wear mini skirts. There is no pc correctness in Morocco.

    I was there again and I always find something interesting in the city and its surroundings. This time I encountered an attempt to overcharge the taxi fare.You can eat meals without any worries, even in small bars, they are tasty.

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

    On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!
