This is a newly opened hotel, so there aren’t many reviews yet. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Since it’s a smaller place the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. The hosts were genuinely kind and even arranged a gluten-free breakfast just for us. We arrived late and could self check-in with provided door codes. The location is also convenient, with a bus stop nearby and plenty of restaurants witihn walking distance.

I travel a lot and no hotel has left such a pleasant impression as this small boutique hotel. From the first minutes you can feel the firm hand of the management and staff who maintain a homely and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Manager Maxime is incredibly polite, attentive and not indifferent to the requests of guests, ready to help at any minute of the day or night - special thanks to him for this 🫶🏽 Breakfasts are very nice - according to the menu, prepared personally for the guest, which adds charm and the feeling that you are visiting your loved ones :) We left the hotel early in the morning and by our departure the most delicious freshly baked croissants were already ready - it was very nice and pleasant! ❤️

Lovely, personal small hotel in a quiet but central location. Fantastic to have the rooftop pool and terrace with beautiful views over the city. Breakfast is great! But the absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Maureen and her colleagues really looked after us, gave us excellent recommendations and helped us with all our questions. We felt very welcomed 😊

Maria is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond for her guests, accommodating them however she can. We were quite demanding (as we were jet lagged and arrived super early) but Maria made our experience great!

Our stay was very successful. The whole hotel is intimate and decorated with style as was our flat. In the apartment we rented we had everything we needed 10. The beds were very comfortable and the shutters allowed us to sleep longer. A beautiful terrace where we could eat our meals while enjoying the beautiful view. The contact with the host was perfect and he answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly before and during our stay. Seamless self check in at a late hour. Valletta can be reached in 10 mins by a lovely water taxi for 2 euros/person. During our stay in Malta we stayed overnight in several towns and explored almost the whole island. In my opinion Birgu was the prettiest town on the whole island. If you don't like crowded commercial places then Birgu is more atmospheric than Valleta or Croatian Dubrovnik. Beautiful old narrow streets without crowds of tourists, which you can walk around and admire for hours even at night. If we visit Malta again we will definitely stay at your hotel again! Thank you once again for your stay!

A great stay at BOCO. We were welcomed on arrival and given a tour of the hotel, where breakfast would be served and the lovely roof terrace with stunning views of Valetta. Our host Toni was very helpful with recommendations for where to eat and what to see. Breakfast was served to us by Kunal who was always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for Ewa, the Manager who made us very welcome. The hotel is perfecly placed for sightseeing and yet it was very quiet. The building is quite old I think, and Toni has maintained those lovely features but with some really chic and stylish art nouveau additions. The hotel was very clean, well, it was spotless. We were in room 616 which was very spacious with a balcony to the street and a very spacious bathroom. BOCO is a real find and I am so pleased we stayed there as it made our stay perfect in every way.

Ideal location.

Ideal location. Short taxi ride from the airport with bars and restaurants close by. Valletta is a few minutes away by ferry across the Grand Harbour. Short taxi ride to Mdina and Rabat cost 10 euros so well worth it. Cospicua has what you need at your door and Valletta and the island is very accessible

Excellent place to explore the Three Cities.

Excellent place to explore the Three Cities. The waterfront is lively but relaxing. The fort is really interesting and worth a visit. Excellent walk around the walls. Going through the little park - starting from the Museum of War, it's a fine 10-15 minute walk to Karkara It's well served with buses to get to Valletta or major bus hubs to explore other parts of the island.

Great base for exploring the three cities and Valletta,...

Great base for exploring the three cities and Valletta, Senglea was more relaxing than a stay in Valletta but had great transport links to and from Valletta, with Senglea being one of the three cities the other two were adjoined and therefore accessible either on foot or by taxi. There was a good variety of restaurants and all very reasonably priced, we never had a bad meal during our stay. Places we ate at and would recommend were Aroy-d-Fusion, Il-Pirata, Il-Hnejja and Novita,

Loved the little streets and the marina.

Loved the little streets and the marina. It was nice to walk around and look at all the super yachts moored there. The lovely square in the centre has cafes and restaurants as well as small shops and a bus stop. There is also the Malta at War Museum, the Inquisitors palace and the Fort which overlooks Valletta harbour. All worth a visit .

Cospicua itself is nothing special, apart from the waterfront and the fortifications. However, it is well situated for exploring Senglea, Birgu and Valletta. Easy to access bus routes to explore other parts of the island, and close to the Valletta ferry. Great choice of restaurants and bars for a variety of cuisines and to suit different budgets.

Birgu is, and always has been, a most important and interesting area of Malta. All the Three Citta are steeped in historic and modern attractions. The whole area is a good mix of old and new with more to come. It is central and a short ferry ride across Grand Harbour to Valletta. A truly great place to stay. Check out all the attractions and interesting places to visit. There are quite a number of good waterside restaurants and bars, both in Birgu and across the footbridge in Senglea. Please be aware what comes with history is historic structure. There are some short but steep footways. All are accessible, but with a little extra care.

We loved Vittoriosa - or Bergu, to give it its local name.

We loved Vittoriosa - or Bergu, to give it its local name. It's full of history, the local people are incredibly friendly, and it's a great place from which to explore the rest of the island. We didn't have a car - Vittoriosa has a lot of very narrow cobbled streets, not car-friendly - a plus as far as we were concerned! If you're interested in Malta's history, stay here.

We explored the maze of local streets, where traffic levels are very low, and every house has a colourful wooden balcony. We located a couple of places where you can swim from the rocky shoreline, and enjoyed several local ice-cream outlets. Fort St Angelo was worth a visit of several hours, with awesome views of the Grand Harbour, and we also visited the Inquisitor's Palace, learning the sinister side of Malta's religious history.
