Our pool room was exceptional, couldn't fault a thing. Spacious and elegant !! Bedding wonderful. Buffet breakfast biggest choice l have ever experienced. The infinity pool and glass deck just WOW The staff attentive and welcoming. The hotel met and exceeded all our expectations. Our score 10 out of 10. Oh forgot to mention the views from the pool at level 51 such a highlight for me as a travelled tourist. SUPERB !!! You can experience 360 degree views of KL City. Thankyou Imperial Lexis

I loved everything about the hotel, but especially the spacious room, with a super confortável bed, a bathtub that makes you want to soak for hours, and a fantastic views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast is varied and the products are of very good quality. The sky bar is also very nice. The views are unique, the service and the music are excellent. EQ exceed my expectations and is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Kuala Lumpur.

The plus value for this hotel is the staff at the front desk. I can remember Tarmizi n Aina as being the most seasoned and very helpful staffs. The other 2 girls I didn't get their names coz they were without name tags. Always my favourite spot to take a rest from a business trip.

We already stayed multiple times at the Swiss Garden Hotel, the rooms are nice, the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. We were sad to hear that the hotel will no longer exist as swiss garden. Hopefully the new one offers the same anameties.

The most of places including China town and little India and...

The most of places including China town and little India and holy places related to Malaysia, China and India and also museums ,high rise buildings , Kl tower and etc. were incredible for visiting. Taste of the most foods were from China, India and Malaysia which they were similar to each other. There were easy and reasonable to get around kuala Lumpur by grab.

Suitable for female solo traveller.

Suitable for female solo traveller. I chose dorm type of stay and one of the guests was on call so its quite noisy. Maybe shower gel should improve. A bit burning sensation on my eczema skin. Otherwise, all good!
