Great security and the rooms arranged around an internal courtyard were very well equipped and thought through. Our suite with terrace was a self catering apartment; very comfortable with a little lounge and kitchen. Inga was most helpful and booked us into a local restaurant for dinner. There were many lovely pieces of art reflecting her parents as gallery owners. Highly recommended for a stay in Swakopmund which deserved more than a night to explore. As a tourist town, i was surprised to see the cleanest town iv been before. Locals are very friendly and helpful. Always carry a few hard cash incase u cannot swipe. Always ask for an invoice. CARRY YOUR BORDER PASS AT ALL TIMES INCASE YOU'RE STOPPED BY THE LOCAL TRAFFIC POLICE. I MUST SAY, U WONT REGRET ANY BIT HAVING TO VISIT SWAKOP AND WALVIS. EXPECT SOME INTERNAL ROADS TO BE OF THE BEST SMOOTH GRAVEL, WITH NO ISSUES. HAVE FUN AND MAKE IT WORTHWHILE.
