Probably our best hotel during our 10 days tour of Norway. Nice staff. Wonderfull view from the lounge and from the restaurant. We enjoyed there excellent grilles salmon, locan cider and cheesecake.

Fantastic location with views of the mountains, fjords and on the river. The chalet had everything you could have asked for and was priced very fairly. Ample parking outside of the property for those travelling with a car. A great find with very easy check in out of hours! I would definitely recommend - perfect for a larger group/family stay!

we loved that the hotel was next to lake and we had a beautiful view. It’s nice short walk to the beach and centre. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast had so much variety. parking free.

The apartment was more spacious than I expected and clean. The kicthen was enough equipped and I had everything I needed during my staying. The description and the photos of the studio was exactly as depicted on the site. Although the hotel is situated on the main road, it was quiet and very safe staying there. The best of all was the staff at the reception, so polite, helpful, warm and honest. I had a problem with a very late checkin and helped me with an immediate solution for a smoothy check in, early in the morning! And as if that was not enough, the next day, after my check out, the lady in the reception offered to call from her personal mobile and arranged everything for me to solve a problem with the keys of my rental car. I have no words to thank her for her kindness and help. The compassion and the empathy she treated me have been engraved on my mind as an excellent expression of the norwegian hospitality.

The Fossli Hotel overlooks an amazing waterfall and gorge. It is an exciting place to stay. The staff and facilities are excellent. I would go back there tomorrow!!
