The room was clean, comfortable and with a lot of space. The common areas are pleasant and the hotel is very well maintained. We ate at their restaurant everyday and the food was always amazing! You can book Jungle walk and Jeep Safari with them at a good price, with good guides. We also booked bus tickets with them and everything went smooth, they even took us to the bus station and made sure we got in the right bus. Best of all, the staff is the kindest!

The hotel is nearby the river and a few min walk from the main street. There is a beautiful garden to relax and have your breakfast before tge safari trip which the owner Sunil can book. I was not feeling well when I arrived and they looked after me so well. Amazing, warm and helpful people with great knowledge. Sunil welcomes you with a beautiful smile and makes sure you are enjoying your time in Sauraha and Chitwan. I highly recommend the place!

The family are great, the peace and quiet at the lodge is excellent, the food was very good, and the safaris were amazing. If you are looking for the creature comforts of a resort or hotel then this is not the place for you. The rooms may be spartan but they were clean. This is the place to go if you want to be away from the crowded tourist district, and value some peace and quiet. You will have a large variety of birds around your room, and maybe the occasional jackal at night if you are lucky (don't worry about them, they are great to see and go in the other direction as fast as they can if they see you). The family who own the lodge are all lovely and welcoming, and they supply some great tasting food (the nearest shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Bishnu from the family who runs the lodge is also the safari guide, and he is great He is a local who truly loves and cares for nature, and who is very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna. I went out on my first jeep safari within a couple of hours of arriving and to be honest I was not expecting to see much. I would have been happy with a few birds and just seeing the park. What I saw far exceeded that. We spotted our first rhinoceros within a couple of minutes of entering the park and saw several more (up very close). There were dozens of spotted deer, hog deer, gharial crocodiles, mugger crocodiles, macaques, wild boar, and a huge variety of birds. I went on another jeep safari two days later and saw 9 different individual rhinoceros that day as well. Some of them were within n 5 metres of our jeep. On that second safari we also saw plenty more of the other animals I have mentioned, including a huge range of birds, including some migratory species which are rare to see in this part of the world. Unfortunately I decided not to do the canoe ride or the walking safari, but have since been in touch with other tourists I met there, who said that was also a wonderful experience. HIGHLY recommended.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and they also arranged a very nice tour for me. The tour price was similar to what you'd find outside, but the convenience of organizing everything directly through the hotel made it much easier. They even picked me up from the bus station when I arrived, which was a big help. Most tours in the area seem to start from around here, so the location is perfect too. Highly recommend!

Stayed few days here, wildlife adventure activities was wonderfully great, guide was super with very good price, Breakfast and Nepali good was exceptionally good. Beautifully green garden with fruits, trees, flowers very peaceful area, walkable distance to major planes of Sauraha , over all fantastic place to be. Price quality is pretty good the owner was very friendly and welcoming and helps me arranging the safari tours to Chitwan National Park. The pick up from the bus station was one of the best that you can used especially arriving from a long bus journey. The rooms were perfect plenty of space. Although I only got a fan room, believe me it is more satisfying, airconditioning wasn’t necessary. The wifi works very well inside the room so for bloggers looking for a perfect internet connection this is the place to be. The bathroom is huge as well with good shower and hot water. There’s a kettle inside the room, hangers and one free bottle of water. If you want the room to be clean up just left the key at the reception and when you come back everything is cleaned.
