Me and my wife book the 4 day stay-cation in Paragon Suites hotel and could not be more satisfied. Hotel is small but beautifully renovated with amazing family atmosphere feel which I really enjoyed. The hotel manager, receptionists and also other staff members are very friendly and helpful in all ways - services, advice best activities etc.. The entry to beach is only few steps from the hotel, as well as the 7\11 store, restaurants and souvenir stores :) We highly recommend this facility to everybody coming to stay in Boracay.

A special thanks to Mr.Dan for his professional, genuine, and very kind hospitality. We had some issues with 3rd party logistics service provider and Mr Dan was very prompt to take all the actions and made our stay as great as possible. Thank you! Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Security is always on duty and its very safe. Breakfast is very yummy and special thanks to Mr Mico for his great service in the restaurant. He was always attentive and very quick. Wifi and tv works well. Improvement for housekeeping as he had started cleaning and vacuuming the upper floor at 6:30 am, but he immediately stopped when i walked upstairs.

The staff are really kind, they will help you to make your stay very convenient. They are friendly and always give warm greetings. The hotel offers help for your laundry and room service massage. The location of the hotel is also nice, close to dmall, and minutes walk to the beach. Also, i really appreciate the staff on the next building whenever we have our breakfast.. they serve with smiles.. our family stay is really amazing.

Nerrisa from the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Prompt service and clean facility.... Attendants are very helpful and compassionate. My kid had a minor burn which she got from outside of the hotel.When they found out, One of them immediately gave my child an ointment to treat her boo boo. That was an extra mile of good customer service. Highly recommend Hotel for families and guests with pets.

    Lovely hotel, everything is green, clean and beautiful. Very large hotel, lots of pools, restaurants, also has golf. Staff very polite and friendly, will help with any request. We didn't expect it but were given a lovely room overlooking the pool. We have our own private beach, but we liked the beach next door on the left side better. The white beach is also very convenient and not far to get to. We really enjoyed it! I would also like to mention that the hotel shuttle took us back to the airport. We were shocked by the excellent organisation and facilities. Excellent transfer for the same money. We travelled with just two families, separate boat, also our own hotel mooring. I recommend it to everyone!

    I asked them a favor to make a valentine letter for my boyfriend. And they did more than that. They upgraded our home from standard to family room with the balloon and petals of flower. And the letter attached to the valentine balloon. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly... My bad i forgot to give a tip at the end of our stay due to early stress of flight.     Nice beaches and i will really miss the wonderful pizza from 'Ari Italiana Cucina' at D Mall. I did not like being constantly approched and offered massages. Also, it was diffivult to browse the stalls at D Mall because the vendors all want me to buy from their stalls. This did cause me to sometimes move on without having a proper look around.

    Depends on what you want to do in Boracay. If you want to party and enjoy the crowded beach, go to the main Stations. If you want to enjoy privacy and tranquility with less to no crowd, then go to New Coast.

    It is very crowded and no activities apart from scuba, sailing and helicopter. Restaurants were comparatively expensive to other Asians countries I have visited. I would not recommend Boracay as a holiday vacation destination. Getting to the Island is very 3rd world. Transport from the airport to the departure place was chaotic and one had to board the boats to the island carrying ones own luggage. Ok for backpackers I guess but not for older people like me. Would not recommend.
