People often say, there's no place like home. But there is a place like home, and that's Hotel Casa Basa. We had such a wonderful time here! Clearly the best hotel we've seen. Such incredibly kind people. Super clean rooms, excellent service,good quit location and a delicious breakfast. Also, they're super sweet to the animals. We hope to come back one day!

We recently wrapped up our trip to the Philippines with a stay at Bamboo Surf Beach, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. This hidden gem nestled in Siargao turned out to be the perfect place to conclude our adventure. First and foremost, the location was a dream. It struck the ideal balance - not overly crowded, yet with enough nearby restaurants and shops to ensure a pleasant stay. Surrounded by stunning beaches and offering the perfect starting point for scooter rides around the island, Bamboo Surf Beach provided us with an authentic and serene experience. Our room was very comfortable and clean, with a great bathroom and all the necessary equipment provided. Wonderful attention to detail - decorations, flowers, pillows, drinking water for brushing teeth near the sink. The well-maintained garden added a touch of natural beauty, and we appreciated the diverse seating options on our porch - from a comfortable sunbed to cozy chairs and a swing chair. A special mention goes to our host, George, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When our flight from Siargao was unexpectedly canceled, leading to a missed connection back to Europe, George displayed exceptional kindness. Without hesitation, he offered us an extra night's accommodation for free and upgraded us to a room with a sea view, turning a challenging situation into a memorable experience. His warmth and generosity were truly heartwarming and very much appreciated. In conclusion, Bamboo Surf Beach exceeded our expectations in every way. The perfect blend of comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality, this resort stands out as a true gem. If you're looking for an unforgettable stay, look no further - Bamboo Surf Beach is undoubtedly the best accommodation in Siargao!

This resort was wonderful!!! Dave and Rose was very helpful and the staff was very welcoming! I recommend all travelers to stay here if you are planning something chill. The food is tremendous with many different options, all of which are very tasty, specially the Filipino Breakfast N#2 (2 eggs and cornbeef with garlic rice) :) I will miss Thor, Bella, above all this place.

Location was ideal near everything. The kindness of the whole staff (Lang Lang, Resiel, Karen and Nikki) who made our 4 days stay wonderful. They also helped organise our island hoping tours and airport transfers . Our 3 king size bedrooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was great.

Very central. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The bed was large and comfortable. There’s hot water in the shower and a proper size tv. Enjoyed the balcony too. You can’t beat this spot for the price.
