Fantastic! We loved it, we had an amazing 3 nights. Incredible views, amazing food, and we loved the bamboo cottage balcony. Everyone is nice and helpful and everything works well, the tour organisation, transfers, the pick up from airport..etc. As vegetarians that love organic food, we loved the organic garden they have with their fruits and veggies! 100% recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful and healthy stay in the jungle. It’s also very convenient for the subterranean river. Obviously, you need to be okay with insects as it’s in the jungle.

Knowing that our stay directly contributed to the local people and their traditions added real depth to the experience. Jay truly made the holiday exceptional. From organizing transfers in such a remote location to planning trips, suggesting beautiful sights, and sharing his deep local knowledge, he was helpful every step of the way. His care, generosity, and genuine passion for the place made us feel completely at ease and incredibly well looked after. The beach itself was unforgettable—wild, beautiful, and peaceful. The kids absolutely loved the waves and even learned to surf, making memories they’ll carry with them forever. Watching them enjoy the ocean so freely was a joy and perfectly captured the spirit of Kiao Beach. -that was the best room we had in our trip around Philippines, very comfortable bed, very clean and I'd even say European bathroom - the hotel owner accommodated all our requests and even went an extra mile cooking for us where we didn't have enough time to go to the restaurant and it was raining like crazy -after staying there we understand all good reviews and we are not surprised at all -you will not find better place to stay in Puerto Princesa - if we ever go back to the city we will definitely stay there again

We spent few nights at Daluyon Beach resort. It´ s a lovely and wonderful place with clean and large beach. Our room close to the beach was located on very calm place. Actually, on this resort, I like the environmental aspect they take as a priority. Cool. Housekeeping was full of solicitude. Good equipment: as gym, kanoe, paddle board… On top of that, high quality of restaurant and resort staff I would like to highlight. Because everything is about people primarily:) They take care about guests so warmly, so that you get only positive emotions and memories from Daluyon. Special thanks to Delter who cared about our breakfasts and my breakfast tea :-) every day. Thanks to Iverson and Kenneth for perfect service. Also thanks to Frezel, Daniella and Daniela. We like the service, staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Also we love the amenities, from bathtub in our room, different types of outdoor pools (like jacuzzi, kiddie pool, pool with slide) and we went to the sandbar by kayak. We really enjoyed them all. The facilities are clean and elegant too. Nicely designed lobbies, restaurant, even the toilets.

The most important things to do here its the underground...

The most important things to do here its the underground river located in a cave about 2h drive away from the hotel by van to the National park. Also its nice to travel down the south for Balabac but I personally picked North up to El Nido for more Island Hoppings.

Need to have more efficient traffic management during peak hours. The LGU should improve, sustain and maintain infrastructure esp the port and the walkway.. When we went to the port to buy streetfood the stalls are sitting in rough ground and very muddy after rain. It is not good to see for visitors to walk around and wondering where tourism tax are spent for? More people will have a fruitful stay in the city if the place is worth staying for few more days befire heading to E Nido and other popular places..

Every day I walked from the hotel to Sabang wharf on the beach and on one day had coffee, adobo and itlog in a small cafe there. Everyone was very friendly, and I bought some Pasalubong, when they did not have my tee shirt size, they went to another shop to get it for me and to get change when I gave them 1000 peso note. I asked directions to the falls, but no one was exactly sure where it was or how long it would take to get there. The place was secure (police station at the wharf and coastguard and army regularly on patrol in the area. I eventually found the park that a friend recommended (5 km from the hotel) and had an excellent buffet lunch there twice and again they made Chester very welcome, the park was free and had some interesting, recycled artworks and a tribute to the devastation in the area by Typhoon Odette- well worth a visit. Also visit Buenavista viewpoint- the local community run it and you can get Buko juice, coffee, snacks and Pasalubong plus take great photos of the bay

We did the underground river tour.

We did the underground river tour. It was rainy but still worth it. It was one of the most unique experience for us to see how the river caves formed and all the different stalagtites and stalagmites formation Other attractions we would probably like to see is Honda Bay.
