The owners are very helpful and friendly. Everything is super clean and new. Nice place if you don't like crowds and tourist spots. You would need a scooter for sure, but it’s easy to rent it at the reception. Breakfast is good! Be ready for roosters and other village sounds. But it makes it special. Feel the vibe of rural Philippines ☺️

Oh, it is easier to say what did we NOT like. Everything worked like Swiss clock. If there was something to improve (rare) owners fixed that immediately. We truly liked that place. You think to go to resort with just "resort" facilities, but hty offer much more. Lovely atmosphere, a lot of animals like in the ZOO. These guys are extremely exceptional. Warmly recommended for the quality and location. Forget more expensive places and choose this. You will NEVER get dissappointed.

What a great place. Exceeded expectations massively. Great location right on the beach front with a great view of it off the terrace where you can eat, drink, play pool or simply relax. Also right in the town of San Juan making it easy access to other bars, restaurants etc. The swimming pool was lovely too, gave off an American villa vibe. The room was perfect, spacious indeed. & the bed? Wow it was massive and super comfy. We also had an outside area where we could chill in a hammock or sit at a little table and chairs in the peace and quiet. Great water pressure for the shower with the option of a nice cold one, or one with a little temperature. They also helped organise the hiring of a scooter, which made it super easy to get around. Perfect place to stay!!

I stayed here for just 1 night since I decided last minute that I wanted to extend my stay in Siquijor for 1 more day and boy was I so happy to find this. Very clean, location was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth staying compared to the hotel I previously booked the days prior which was too expensive and only focused on the aesthetics and forgot about customer service and regular cleaning of the room. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved it all!

Loved it all! The whole island has a peaceful and calming vibe. There’s lots to do and see if you’re into the beach ie snorkeling and diving. Beautiful beaches and waterfalls. The roads are nice and wide with no traffic in most areas. It’s easy to hail a tuk tuk to get around or rent a scooter to explore. People are friendly. Food is variable and good. A very scenic place. We’d return in a heartbeat!

San Juan, Siquijor is about a 30-45 min trip from the Port of Siquijor. At the time of this writing, a P1,500.00 tricycle tour charge rate (capacity is comfortable for two persons - but may add more people, depending on the person's size, the skill of the tricycle driver and more importantly, his (or her) approval for the total payload, as the driver has to maneuver a few steep climbs. We got ours from the Port, right after the ferry ride from Dumaguete City. The P1,500.00 charge starts the moment you agree to the rate, up to the time you tell the driver you had enough. Do not waste time finding a cheaper rate as it is standard. People of Siquijor will not cheat you so you would not be charged more even if you are tourists. Siquijor is generally a tranquil place, depends where you actually booked (far from he noise), but I think its just overrated as the beach where we were taken was filled up with seaweeds - harmless but nonetheless, irritating (we could not help compare it with the sandbar experience we had in Bais, Dumaguete - in this sense). But don't get me wrong, the beach we went to was clean. We just did not like the idea of getting seaweeds over our heads when you get off from the warm sea. For us, the overnight was good enough just to see the island and experience the people, but of course if you plan to stay longer, then you may do so - really just depends on what you like. The people are friendly and nobody forces you to buy anything or approaches you and make you feel uncomfortable. Would I go back? For sure I would - after seeing the other island paradises my Motherland has to offer of course!

Siquijor is truly magical, healing and mystical creature of nature. I was relaxed during my stay. The place is very affordable and not much expensive as compare to other Islands. People are so kind and caring to the visitors. The beach was so amazing to see the beautiful sunset. Indeed, it's a hidden paradise of visaya region. I visited twice and I will repeat it again for future visit.

San Juan is a really nice location well located to visit the all island! Diving with turtles going to the waterfalls ! We found local small restaurant 109 food corner - the food was amazing, snorkeling in Sawang point beach to see sea turtles! The waterfalls were really nice It was for far the best island we did !

A good place to relax no traffic and the people are nice a variety of restaurants and food places which ranges from budget friendly to high end very easy to go around with the car/motorcycle/tuktuk rentals nice views and beaches
