Rooms were so comfortable we did not have any problem. we did not use the SPA, but menu was large, and looked like fancy. Amazing place, very good facilities at the hotel like the termal baths where you can easily spent hours, with restaurants and bars available without leaving the baths area. Room itself was a big surprise, photos did not look great compared to what it was in reality, great view outside. Large bathroom, very comfortable bed, all needed amenities. Welcome, fruits, drinks and chocolates. Simply amazing place, expensive but worth the money. Great breakfast options, one of best I experienced so far. Super friendly staff. Great design and atmosphere and so much more

A unique, wonderfull and comfortable place! beautiful view and great design! The dome tents are beautiful and big enough. It was warm and cozy inside. I do not agree with the comments saying that it is noisy from the street. There is some noise but very little, you could hear drunk people but no cars. Delicious, big breakfast delivered straight to your door. Stuff was very nice and helpful. Close to all attractions. We had an amazing stay! Thank you! :)

We loved the location of the place. View from the room window and the restaurant was stunning! Everything was at very high standard of finish and staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in their restaurant and food was like a Michelin style - presentation and taste 😋 We couldn't get enough. On a second day we booked Termy and hotel gives you a free ride to and from there. Excellent service 👏 👍

The property offers a wonderful stay in a family-like and intimate atmosphere with highly friendly staff. The food is super good and breakfasts are always well prepared. When the weather’s nice, there’s a picturesque view from Gubałówka. 100% recommended. However you need to remember that the property is higher than the city so it may be difficult to drive up the slope in heavy snowfalls.

The Wi-Fi really needs to get improved. I come from a tech background, one can not be sure if the wifi has some firewalls and protection. Needs improvement with room checkin or other security measures. Other than that i feel the hotel, food, staff are excellent and indeed a great place to stay and explore the city of zakopane

Very cosy comfortable and well situated appartment. The Chocholowskie Termy pools is very close and local small shop is even closer. The navigation had a little trouble finding the place (though it is right at the main road) but the staff readily navigated us through the phone.

Nice city, with a very tourist centred center and high street. Great spot from which to visit the thermal baths, and walks in the Tatras national Park. We went in off season and the high street was still lively and busy, a beautiful place!

Beautiful little village/town on the foothills.

Beautiful little village/town on the foothills. Much less crowded and touristy than Zakopane. If you don't need the buzz then Bialka is rather perfect I'd say: the trails and roads are still really close and the town has all the services and facilities you would want. Plus, it has some beautiful architecture.

Lovely area a little way from the busy centre of Zakopane although do expect a lot of traffic on the main road (wasn’t a problem though) as this is a year round holiday destination. Car parks can fill quite early especially at the weekend and be careful of cars if walking on roads where there are no paths.

Too many tourists and too many touristic structures. The mountain completely lost its appeal: to recovery it you should go as far as you can from the villages where hotels and touristic restaurants are. And you will in all cases remain in the middle of a crowd.

Poronin is a nice little town, far from Zakopane’s crowds so perfect for those looking for a quiet place. Zakopane is only 10 to 15 minutes drive from Poronin so it’s easy to get there entertained if needed. However, having own car in Poronin is a must as public transport is not great.

Biały Dunajec is a small town not far from Zakopane. You'll most likely travel through here, but it's also perfect for staying the night. Good hospitality awaits those who visit the Tatra mountains either for sking or other forms of recreation.

Great location for both hiking and as a base for visiting multiple tourist attractions by car. Even if you want to visit Zakopane, it is within easy reach from Murzasichle but you do not need to spent all the time in those extreme crowds in Zakopane on popular dates.

A cosy village not far from Zakopane and the Chocholowskie Termy. There is a small but excellent grocery store and a restaurant close to the center. Those who prefer winter sports can find several ski slopes nearby. In clear weather one can admire the High Tatras on the northern horizon. Definitely recommended to visit!

Overall experience was fantastic.

Overall experience was fantastic. I also done my full hike to Kasprowy Wierch - didn't really plan to use a lift up:). The weather could be worse but was up and down - mountains so what could I expect. I really want to go back but for a full season- too many people
