The spacious and quiet room/ bathroom was very relaxing. The central self-control of the air conditioning, heating etc. was a big plus. No cold or pleasantly warm room. Feel free to book a stay of 100 days, then you still haven't been able to taste everything from the breakfast. Very extensive and neatly taken into account various allergies. The staff BTW, were very enthusiastic and helpful. See you guys next year.

    We managed to do lots on this holiday, wandering the old town; Jewish quarter; Auschwitz; salt mines; bus tour, without feeling rushed and had plenty of time to relax and take it in. Suggest that everyone stays in the Old Town if they can, for the full experience. Very affordable, had we done similar activities where we live we would have spent 2-2.5x the price. We will be back! Locals aren't always the most friendly of people, but we had positive interactions with some. I imagine they tire of tourists filling their city, which can be emphasised with.

    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

    Healt Salt mine - 5 days and night. Good experience. Good physiotherapist, every of them had different exercises! Warm blancet for the night. Hot water for tea or coffee. Guided tour in mine was interesting.

    Myślenice is perfect if someone would like to visit Krakow,...

    Myślenice is perfect if someone would like to visit Krakow, Wieliczka and Zakopane also. All of them is in acceptable distance by car. I recommend to visit all of them. You can find a beautiful Christmas Market, and many tourist sights in Krakow, Zakopane is like a little village from a farytale (there are many tourist), the salt mine of Wieliczka is a perfect and beautiful underground spot to visit. Myślenice is a great option to visit all of them.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk.

    If you book this “hotel” then you do at your own risk. It’s a house not a hotel, there was a shared bathroom right next door to their bedroom! No safety outside the bedroom it’s a 20 foot drop to the floor! You don’t pay at property you are driven to a cash machine and forced to pay cash!!! There is no lights or locks on your bedroom door, it’s filthy and smells of cigarettes. But don’t complain to booking com because their policy is the worst! Stranded at the airport over night and the customer service officer was absolutely unqualified he used the phonetic alphabet to spell his name using N for Nazi instead of November bearing mind we were in Poland! Totally unacceptable and very unhelpful. My partner has a medical machine that needs to be worn and he was totally unsympathetic no offer of a hotel close by just one five miles away! Which I had to pay again for! Never use them again rubbish

    Really enjoyed my stay. Food good.

    Really enjoyed my stay. Food good. However the weather was not good . 1 day sunny, 3 days wet. Enjoyed visit to Salt mines and Chopin concert. Experienced Tram and train travel. Trip to Zacopane and mountains was spoilt by rain and poor visibility . The cable car was also out of action. The young driver was very charming and gave his best in terms of where to go and what to see. Lunch was excellent.

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Very nice small city, with all atractions/seesights near bus/train station. Absolutly amazing Salt mine and all historical buildings. Perfect connection to Krakow by train - 20 minutes 5,5 PLN for oneway ticket - bought directly in train.

    The owner communicated with me over Booking.com and provided detailed description of how to get in and out of the property. The property was clean and it had all that we needed. The only regret I have is that we didn’t stay any longer. There was a lovely patio outside and a pool and garden area with a playground for kids (which we have 3). The lady who owns the properties was so lovely when I called her at 23:00 panicking about a taxi to the airport (when 2 companies cancelled on me). She said she would help give us a lift to the airport at 3:30am. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

    Couldn't believe how beautiful the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were. You could use theses facilities anytime you wanted. Robes, slippers and towels were provided. Breakfast, bar snacks and evening meal was outstanding
