The food is absolutely divine. It is one of the hotels in Serbia which restricts smoking and we are highly thankful for that.

The SPA is very small, but we were alone in it and it was very romantic and a very relaxing experience. The hotel is quiet and cosy.

Exceptional hospitality. This is a house for tourists with apartments. The house is on beautiful tourist walking routs - 1 hour slow walk to Treska peak (exceptional!!!!! views) and about 2 hours to the Obelisk (close to Pancic peak). By car 12 min from Kopaonik ski resort. Located in the forest (other sites nearby are overbuilt in high modern architecture and overcrowded). We had comfortable beds and large rooms, 2 sofas in the living room, and 2 bedrooms - one with single and 1 with double bed. There was a kitchenette with everything in one corner of the living room. Also you can order dinner/breakfast in the house if you want. The internet is very good. Free parking. Accepted us late at night, since the host lives in the house. In winter it is very warm - with central heating. We went for 3 nights and stayed 4. Accessible by road by car - gps led us to a sort of crossroad where there is a wooden sign with the name of Villa Kostic and you must make a sharp turn to the left and drive to the end.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines.
The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

My stay at Grey Hotel in Kopaonik was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s perfect location, right by the ski slopes, made everything so convenient. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains – waking up to that was magical.
The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after skiing, while the food was absolutely delicious – from the generous breakfast buffet to the refined dinner menu. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, attentive, and made me feel completely at home.
Grey Hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kopaonik!

This house looks exactly like on the pictures and has an amazing view. It is cozy and well equipped for a big family or friends to spend a perfect vacation. We were there for skiing and we liked the location very much, because it is not in the busy center of Kopaonik, but if you are with car, it is close to Suncana Dolina lift, which was perfect for us. Hosts were really nice and friendly, being responsive to any questions we were to have. We are looking forward to go back there for another vacation next year.

The staff was very helpfull all the time. The apartment was big, clean, cosy, with very well equiped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (only 1 toilet but 2 showers) , was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was various and delicious. They have also a spa and a pool. The ski bus stops right in front of the buiding. And they also have a machine to buy ski tickets in the lobby.

A wonderful place that is currently developing. Perhaps the only downside is that there are few restaurants and everything is full. It is difficult to find a place to have dinner, which is strange for Serbia.

It is a small place, so you shouldn't expect having a good night out. It is a place where you should come to relax and enjoy bath in their very hot spring water. It is especially good during winter - this little pool with hot water is outside and works even when there's snow. There is also an aqua park but it works during summer. Josanicka Banja is close to Kopaonik ski center, so you can combine skiing and relaxing in hot pool.

Brzece is small but enchanting, meant for people who wish to avoid crowded noisy resorts. It has a gondola, places to rent skiing equipment and acquire a ski pass, a supermarket and restaurants (Koliba and Ivanovich)

Jošanička Banja is known for its thermal hot springs. Anyoune who's visiting only for this will enjoy it. The spa center is very small. It can accommodate just a dozen people. Everything more than that will be crowded. Aside from that, there's really not much to do. You'll see the whole town in one day and that's it. The good thing is that it's near the ski resort Kopaonik (25km) so you could theoretically stay in Jošanička Banja if you plan a skiing trip and save some money for the accommodation, but do calculate the fuel to get to/from the ski-centre because the altitude difference is more than a 1000 meters.

The city center itself is chaos, when not in peak season place looks almost deserted.
Really bad infrastructure, roads falling apart, lacking parking, thrash thrown around the place, new buildings keep popping up without any sane planning.
The ski slopes are nice when they work, but the real season is really short which means that when there is good snow it gets overcrowded, out of peak season most of the slopes are closed and you are skiing more on mud then snow.
