Hotel is amazing in every aspect you can think of. The breakfast is so tasty, so many choices, the staff is super accommodating, friendly, professional, willing to help with whatever you need. It has valet parking and a garage. The pool area is very clean and offers complementary water/fruit water. We were welcomed with a drink upon arriving and sweets in the room. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job every day, even if you call for them later in the day (had our room cleaned on the second day after 3pm while we were at lunch). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Big thanks to our concierge Miloš who made sure we had everything we needed and much more!

The food was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner which were both buffet. There is a lot of variety to choose from, especially a selection of domestic specialties such as fish, pork, and cheese. The rooms are very comfortable. We had the Superior room that was set up for kids as we requested. The view was excellent, right on the main square. The bathroom is superb, having both a bathtub and a shower. The SPA was great, had 3 pools, and was very clean. Also, there is a playground for kids inside a hotel that has great staff and all sorts of toys for kids including obstacle playground that is very safe and soft.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The accommodation is very clean, the bed is confortable with nice linen, and kitchen well equiped with everything we needed to cook a meal. It's not at the city center but is very near, and it was what we were looking for. There was a storm and all roads were full of snow. As the accommodation is near the road, this wasn't a problem.
