The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. The breakfast was excellent, diversity of national cuisine, on the level for the hotel of five stars. Restaurant a la carte also has good dishes. Pool was good, but often crowdy in the period from 6pm to 9 pm. The appartement was cozy and spacy, good bed and modern. The location is 15 minutes walk from the center.
