The one night stay at this newly build high quality hotel was pleasent. We had a room at 6. floor with a panoramic view of Kiruna and the nature surrounding the city. The room itself was very comfortable and well equiped. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all this hotel is highly recommended.

Wonderful place to experience winter year around. This hotel is on the banks of Torne river, which gives you a sense of serenity. The ice sculptures are simply breathtaking. The cottage we stayed was comfy and cosy. Well, the breakfast was a real deal!!!

The staff extremely gentle, The room, bathroom and shower super clean. The additional services offered super helpful. Keep in mind that the breakfast has an additional price. The sheets and towels also. Breakfast was really good.

Camila at reception was fantastic. She made the trip very pleasant. She even opened the bar for us while we were waiting for our onward ride to come. Very pleasant lady. She gave us good information and facts about the northern lights. Breakfast was epic. Facilities were outstanding. The gym is huge. 2 x suanas too.
