We had the pleasure of spending two nights at *Guesthouse Planinski Dom Majerhold* in Logarska Dolina, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment, we were impressed by the attention to detail—both inside the guesthouse and in the beautifully landscaped garden. Nestled near the forest, wooden figurines placed at the edge create a magical story, inviting children to explore and let their imagination roam. Our hosts were extremely kind, always attentive to guests’ needs, and their hospitality made every moment special. The food was delicious, prepared with local ingredients, turning each meal into a true journey through the region’s authentic flavors. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Due to a heavy storm, the entire valley lost electricity. Luckily, the apartment had a backup generator. This preparedness really shows how good the apartment is.

The host welcomed us and was really nice although she did not understand English so much, she tried very hard to help us out.The view was impeccable, room was very spacious and comfy bed. Very good sized shower, Breakfast was really good with fresh juice, peppermint tea and coffee, fresh eggs, all was delicious. It's very close to the Logar Valley and all the beautiful viewpoints, just 10 minutes by car, and also the panoramic route.
