I had to leave early to catch a train at 7:00am, the breakfast didn't start until 07:30, but the staff made me a takeaway breakfast. Room was nice, overlooking the town square, nice view. Room was clean.

I have gluten allergy and there was gluten-free bread for breakfast and I could eat gluten-free meal. We arrived to the hotel and the next day we wanted to go hiking, but my car's battery dead. The hotel staff helped for us. He took me with the hotel's car to the nearby town (Brezno), where I could buy a new battery. He took me back to the hotel and helped to replace the battery and the car was repaired. I am very grateful to the hotel staff. They saved our vacation.

Absolutely lovely experience. The hotel reception is at the bar of the restaurant. Service ladies are very welcoming and friendly. We comfortably parked our car, checked in, book our breakfast for the next morning and came down for dinner. The menu is perfect for meat lovers as their chef is must have been working for some Michelin restaurant before. Everything was absolutely perfectly cooked and delicious, including ham&eggs for breakfast. The service again was very friendly, polite and fast. The hotel is rather small and simple, but very fresh and neat.

Hotel right in centre of town, car parking at rear off side road. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee shop. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch but not evening meals. The Restaurant Elf in the square is excellent and recommended and less than 5mins walk away. large twin room, plenty of hot water and excellent heating - minus 14C outside plus 25C inside!

Location was excellent, access to property was easy and we received all the instructions in advance. Apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as on the photos. Views from the property were great as well. We liked absolutely everything and enjoyed our stay. We 100% recommend this apartment and will be returning in the future. Small tip for the landlord- we couldn't find thermostat immediately, it would be good to mention where it is exactly as a part of the instructions on the main door. We also think that the pan in the apartment 9 should be removed as we found it damaged. Also loose screws needs fixing.(small wooden cabin holding keys)
