In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

It's very much new and boutique, having just 12 rooms in a very quiet location surrounded by trees and maybe 2km from the beach. The pool is small, but good for cooling off. Breakfast was excellent. There are plenty of places to eat on the beach and some shops on the way there. The resort has about ten bikes you can borrow, or walk down and get a taxi back. (There's a desk there for that.) Good for couples.

It was outside of the city roughly 15 min with taxi so very quiet place and few people at the beach. The workers there were always very helpful f.exs. had an issue with my ac one they when I told them they immediately ordered a technician and 1 hour after I told them he had already been there and fixed it.     We had an amazing stay at Moracea, and the upgraded beach bungalows were absolutely worth it! The accommodation was excellent—spacious, beautifully designed, and the bathrooms looked newly renovated and spotless. Breakfast had everything we wanted and more, setting us up for a perfect day by the ocean. The hotel’s pools were lovely, but we spent most of our time in the sea or lounging on the beach just steps from our bungalow. There are beach loungers available, but it’s best to go early if you want to secure one. Khao Lak is wonderfully peaceful—a much-needed escape after the busier vibe of Karon Beach. It’s the perfect place to unwind, take long walks along the shoreline with plenty of hotel bars to stop at, or visit the old town for some shopping. After exploring the area, we truly felt that Moracea was the best choice, and we’re so glad we booked here. Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

    This hotel and its staff was absolutely fantastic. The room was lovely and spacious for a family of four and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was quiet with great air con. Had everything you need. Kettle tea coffee etc. and the bathroom was fully stocked. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Free loungers at the beach for hotel guests. The pool was also lovely. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

    The resort is very comfortable, beautiful and has a large territory. Our room was nice and offered a pleasant view to the quiet pool. The bed was comfortable (not too hard as it is often the case in Thailand), the air con was good and quiet. All details are carefully thought through (e.g. there are even beach bags in the wardrobe). The breakfast was plentiful and very delicious.
