Good looking property with a good taste in design and attention to detail. Privacy, beautiful view from the lodge and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and free fruits from the garden were left hanging on our door in the morning. The property is located on a hill giving it a peaceful vibe. We rented a motorbike which made moving on the island way easier, but the location was overall good!

Great community here, people really passionate about diving and it is contagious. Location is on quieter side of island in terms of partying however it is still very sociable with cafe, sunny and shaded areas to relax and a bar with great atmosphere - this is my personal preference so ideal. The beachfront view in the morning never got old. I extended my stay twice because the people were so nice to be around. I would love to come back for more diving too. Great value and exceeded my expectations.

Really good place to stay in Koh Tao. The bed was very comfortable, the AC cooled super well and the staff is very friendly. Gi knew how to attend to all our needs. We were going to stay only for 5 nights and we ended up extending up to 9 nights. I would definitely go back to this place! (Most of the island was without electricity several times because they are making renovations in the electricity supply , but the hotel apparently has its own generator because we always had light!)

We loved our stay at Cape Shark Villas! The view was something I could never get tired of.. we stayed in C16B which is at the top of the property, so we got a nice view of the mountains, as well as the Ocean. As other reviews have mentioned you do have to walk down to the swimming area (and up!), and it is quite steep.. however this is not a problem for us at all, but just should be noted if in relation of which villa you are booking on the property. The staff were very helpful + friendly, especially Maximiliano. He was extremely helpful in booking everything for us, and we had some great conversations with him! The room itself was very clean, the shower had hot water, the pool was warm, the bed was comfortable, and the fan/AC kept us cool throughout the night. We have no complaints, and have already talked about when we can come back! During our stay we did a message, and we took a water taxi out to Koh Nang Yuan, both organized by the hotel. Would recommend both experiences. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great stay, located walking distance to Mae Haad (via the beach / street parallel to the beach). Breakfast with a fantastic view onto the beach and the pier at the distance. The hotel has a little beach alcove that is lovely for swimming and light snorkel next to the rocks. The staff was very helpful and kind, everything was great. Our bungalow was perfectly situated near the pools and the reception which was handy. That made the walk to the breakfast very short too. The room itself was lovely and comfortable. They provided us with beach towels, beach mats, sarong and fabric bag to use during our stay at our leasure.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! We had a beautiful room with an amazing view of the sea and beach. We even received an upgrade for a special occasion, which made our stay even more memorable. It truly felt like a dream hotel. The hotel has two pools, each offering a different vibe, both perfect for relaxing. You can also enjoy excellent snorkeling. Snorkels are available for rent at the bar (though a bit expensive). Highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!

The property is beautiful, I’m travelling with a child and it has a shallow pool for kids, as well as a deeper pool for adults and another deeper one for free dive or dive practice I presume. Breakfast on the beach front. Clean toilets for use when in the resort. It’s 50m from the road but no cars or bikes go down to the resort so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Staff are incredible if your with a child, they constantly go out of their way to be kind and sweet.

Friendliest staff ever, perfect location, fantastic room with at a very reasonable price. Cosy, quiet side street but close to everything; WE LOVE wind beach, will come back. We stayed with our little dog and everyone loved him and treated him so well, there was no additional charge for him either which is rare. TOP experience!

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in...

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in October. My husband and daughter had some of the best scuba diving experiences and they would definitely love to go back and do more dives (yet there are so many other places to go and see....). We stayed in the southeast for the first part of the trip, and found that to be a bit secluded - great resort, but a little too isolated and cut off for us overall. The second half we stayed in Sairee Beach area and it was amazing! So much going on and great restaurants and sunset views at your fingertips. We had wanted to rent scooters to explore the island more, but after seeing the condition of the roads (very steep and sharp turns), and so many people with "Thailand tattoos" from road rash, we decided against it, so we didn't get to see as much as we'd hoped. Maybe next time....

Excellent town and beaches stunning view's from my hotel right in beach , golden sands lots bars and restaurants available on beach and in town , excellent ferry service and transfer to hotel lots beach activities available crystal clear waters wonderful food in town excellent shopping mall and night market, great place to enjoy for all family very safe place highly recommended visiting recommended use the ferry service for all your transfer they very well organised and peace of mind
