Second time staying so this says a lot. The price was great. Will definitely book the same style room on next visit. Little cafeteria rest across the street was delicious and the price great. The massage parlor half way down the block was amazing. 200 baht for foot massage was well worth it. The Cafe in the lobby had good coffee.

Everythigs was amazing. Staff are professional and easy to communicate with as they speak english very well and they are polite. Rooms are very comfortable the bed is soft and cozyyy. The facilities AMAZING you can stay for 2 days without going out. the hotel, room, facilities and bathroom are very clean. the breakfast area even with the crowded people they manage to not wait for too long in lines. Definitely will be back.

The whole resort is kept fantastically well. Maintenance is superb. (and there is what shortens at most hotels in Thailand) The staff (reception, roommaids, concierges, waitresses at breakfast etc.) is extremely helpful and friendly, and for a regular guest (as I am) they really will go the extra mile. Breakfast is second to none...!!

I stayed in The Level 1 Bedroom Suite which is very big with separate living room and big toilet. It is very clean and good room housekeeping. Great breakfast and great wine and snacks for The Level 1 guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will strongly recommend to friends who are travelling to Pattaya in the future.

    Opinion is divided on pattaya as lots of people see it as just an adult entertainment city and nothing else but there is so much more too it. Due to the vast array of different people who visit pattaya there are hundreds of diverse shops restaurants and services which cater to all cultures and tastes and you can sample them all there is no frowning on of ethnic backgrounds in pattaya you can be from anywhere and you will be welcomed. Another interesting thing about this place is it is very busy yet you can find many tranquil relaxing places to chill amongst the madness. It’s a must visit place and you will find it infinitely interesting if nothing else.

    If you consider to come to Pattaya for a holiday - Pattaya South is a good choice, away from the noisy and bustling Walking Street, with a good beach nearby and sunk into dosens if not hundreds of bars cafees shops markets, well, and massage parlors too.

    It's raining season in Thailand now. Therefore, the sea's water on Jomtien Beach is not so clear but it is still available for swimming as well. By the way if you want to take a nap on the beach, you are recommended.

    It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

    I like this area because it is a short distance to the hustle and bustle of Pattaya or Jomtien, but it is quieter and less expensive. If you're looking for a party atmosphere, this isn't it. But if you're looking for laid back bars and restaurants and affordable hotels and vacation rentals near the beach, it's great.

    hill side villa does not have swimming pool attached in the house you have to walk 4 minutes walk to the public pool . You have to check the photo clealy before made booking. The villa have no car park in the house you have to park beside the road in front of the house. The villa have 2 bedrooms but have only one air condition in one bedroom the other room have only the fan. The villa is not well maintenance even have wifi but didn't work.     I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while...

    I liked being out of the city - even though it takes a while to get there. I like that I didn't have to go through security. It would have been nice to have actual numbers on the outside of the units (any of the village!) because the map location was for the unit in front of it. Thankfully the lady who designed and built the house also lives next to the unit and saw me. Took me in for a personal tour of the space - fantastic.

    The Beaches especially around Koh Larn'

    The Beaches especially around Koh Larn' the night life the restaurants food and the people are friendly. be careful of the scams especially around walking street for example the kick boxing scam where they invite you into the ring for photos take your phone for photos then intimidate you for exorbetant tips! avoid the kickboxing on Walking street its a scam

    South Pattaya was a great location for us but we did find it...

    South Pattaya was a great location for us but we did find it difficult in getting transportation to the hotel to be able to travel into town. Getting home was okay as there were plenty of transport options to get you home. It is an easy walk of about 20-25 minutes but not suitable for some due to steep hills and steps.

    If you have family & looking for peace then you must select...

    If you have family & looking for peace then you must select Jometien Beach. Pattaya is known for night life where family does not like such things (sepcially when you have kids) so this beach location would be the best choice.
