The location is excellent, nearby to all the bars, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. The entire hotel was spotless clean and really well maintained. The view of the pier and bay from the balcony room that we had beautiful. Also they had a decent value laundry service that we used.

We stayed for 1 night and it was the best choice. The receptionists are great. They decorated our room as we were on moneymoon trip. Great location, good food (lunch included - buffets). We had room without window, which means no mosquitos :) Definitely recommended!

1. Staff at the hotel were so lovely and accommodating. We really appreciated that someone collected us from the pier and took our bags to the hotel. Upon departure, they also took us/our bags back down to the pier and showed us where to go as we were confused. The staff here were really lovely and so welcoming/helpful. We had an issue trying to load Netflix onto the tv and once contacted they sorted it straight away. 2. Room was a perfect size, lots of space for luggage. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was amazing. 3. Hotel is also in a great location, close to both beaches and pier. Lots of good bars and restaurants near by.

Staff were attentive and friendly. The room had plenty of space and was well decorated, bathroom was lovely and the balcony view was beautiful. The pool was clean and quite. There was a steep hill to our room but the staff were so helpful to help us with our bags as well as organising the boat transfer from the pier to the hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy. The coconut waters by the sea is a must!! Lovely bean bags and chairs laid out on the beach - adds a nice personal touch as this accommodation is at the end of the beach so no one is really there. It’s not a long walk to the centre and night markets. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will be back!!

Our stay was fantastic, even though we initially faced some difficulty finding a longboat at the main harbor to take us to the northern part of the island. Once we arrived at the hotel, everything was perfect! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we even received a refreshing welcome drink upon check-in. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Despite the small hiccup at the beginning, our experience was wonderful, and we would love to come back. Highly recommended!

hotel location was amazing. in the heart of phi phi but just enough out of the way where we could enjoy a relaxing time by the pool. The beds were super comfy. We had the best sleep here. The breakfast was lovely and had a great range of food. Service at reception was great. They brought out bags to our room when we arrived and offered to bring back to the pier for us when we were leaving. Very hospitable.

The room was good enough. You must walk around 8-10 min from the pier to the hotel. They have two swimming pools, and the 2nd-floor pool was great with the view. Their breakfast has limited options. And most of people use their restaurant section for the day trip. so its busy always. If you are from Bangladesh then go for it. you will love it.

The island is very beautiful.

The island is very beautiful. It's suitable for all types of tourists. The beaches are nice, although the best ones require at least a 20-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised. Maya bay definitly worth a visit (only acessible by boat). The food is good and varied. The viewpoints are spectacular. Viewpoint 3 is quite far and a bit muddy, but if you're in good physical shape, you can get there easily. Those traveling with children or who have mobility difficulties should avoid accommodations in the mountains. Eat and drink places: THE COFFEE CLUB - Best coffee shop Anna's Restaurant - One of the best places to eat Garlic 1992 - Best restaurant Activities: Day snorkeling trip (if it's not raining). Reggae Bar Phi Phi to watch tourists fighting for fun (not recommended for young children) Beach fire parties (if you want to drink and maybe flirt). Less positive: It would be better to have less polluting and noisy local boats available to reduce pollution and noise. Perhaps with eletrical engines.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

Perfect Island location.

Perfect Island location. Transfer to and from the Island is easy, with multiple options of ferries or speedboat all offering multiple departures throughout the day. Lots to do on the Island; boat trips - private or booked with a tour. Cuisine - masses of choice; including European, western and Thai. Locals are very friendly and will help with what you need.
