The rooms are kept in pristine condition and have the most spectacular views you have ever seen. Amazing hotel with big, clean apartments. We looked forward to buffet breakfast everyday as it was always different and so good! So easy having your own washing machine too and rooms were cleaned daily. 7/11 just down the road with a fruit stand next to it that we bought from daily. Lovely French bakery across too, can walk further and there's a whole street of restaurants at the pier. At first you think you're abit far away from everything but only 10minutes to Kata night markets and actually, it was nice to come back to a quiet area and get away from the craziness. Amazing pool area with a beautiful view that we never got sick of. But the best part of this stay would have to be the staff. They are so attentive, kind and lovely respectful people. Nothing is too much & they are always going out of their way for guests. Thank you so much for having us, 10/10

Location was fantastic. It felt really homey immediately. Staff i.e. the owner, the chefs and the cleaner were beautiful people and very friendly! We arrived late from airport and were able to check in around 10pm. Would definitely stay here again if visiting old town Phuket. Also left our luggages the next day to explore the town :)

Idyllic Island of International Fame

Thailand’s largest island, Phuket has a mountainous landscape leading down to lush, green palms, warm, turquoise seas and soft, golden sands. Patong is its most developed resort and is well known for outrageous nightlife. There are lots of clubs, bars and restaurants in the main town and it also has a fantastic beach lined with hotels and resorts.

To the south is Karon, home to the 2nd largest beach and offshore coral reefs that are good for snorkelling. Quieter Kamala also has coral reefs and good surfing conditions, as do the curved beaches at Kata.

The island’s airport is in the north and there are lots of Phuket hotels near the airport in Mai Khao and Nai Yang, where sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. In Bangtao to the south there is a great range of Phuket hotels with private pools on Booking.com, while around the corner in exclusive Surin there are often typical Thai long boats bobbing up and down in the rolling waves.

On the other side of the island Chalong has an impressive Buddhist temple and is a popular spot for kitesurfing. Neighbouring Panwa has shallow water coral and the Phuket Aquarium to explore. The Phi Phi islands are off Phuket’s eastern shores and their idyllic scenery makes wonderful day trips.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite at a discount with direct pool access away from the crowds near to Bodega restaurant. It is a quiet area great for the elderly. The buggy service was responsive. We were worried about mosquitoes because of the lakes but this issue was less than expected. The breakfast at Bogeda is much less hectic and a lot quieter than Market Place, and the food presentation appears better. Later realized that it is only for guests who are booked in certain rooms. The beach is long and the sand is very fine without broken or significant washed up debris, which afflict many beaches elsewhere. The waves can be strong though. The suite was clean, large and very convenient located with a separate dining and living room . It has a fairly large balcony directly accessing the pool. We found that we didn't need to venture out of the resort. The complimentary boat and kayak facility allowed for connection to other lakes and resorts. The entire complex of lakes and resorts makes this place much large than it appears. There is a free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas and shops

The property is remarkably good. Exquisite design, privileged location with direct access to the beach. The resort takes good care of yourself with daily activities, a warm staff, special touches in the villas to make your stay even better. The restaurant deserves a positive remark too: good variety, amazing breakfast with local and international options. The villas are great. The outdoors restrooms concept goes very well with the location. It didn’t bother our family? To the contrary, I enjoyed multiple baths gazing the Thai sky. I feel like coming back to this hotel often. I’m a world traveler, architect with high standards when it comes to places I stay, and this resort went right to my top 5.

Staff was friendly and very prompt with any service. In room BBQ was exceptional and well worth trying. Private pool is amazing for thr lazy days, whilst the big pool is good for a change too. Loved my daily walk on the beach spotting different coral and shells every day. Buggy service always prompt and no wait to get anywhere in the resort. Spa packages were such amazing experience, and easy to pop the sky lounge next door for a drink and dinner afterwards. Preferred food at the sky lounge over the restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant is an amazing spread though and top quality. And cappuccinos were great too.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and nestled in the mountain cliff area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, which worked for us. The staff were so attentive and very friendly. The room is also beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bathroom and dressing area is very large! The food was fantastic, the Thai restaurant is a must, and we did the cooking class, which is an amazing experience. They also gave us a goody bag, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel location was perfect for me.

The hotel location was perfect for me. Beach, cafe, convenient store and local shops are just across the street. We love the pool. Staffs were amazing-prepared my daughter’s bed that made memorable on her birthday. The only thing that disappoint me was the bed, not soft and comfy for someone with back problems. Rooms weren’t sound proof. Can hear the noise of other guests and banging of doors. They should include sweeping / mopping the room everyday.

IT IS HAVING COLONEAL STYLED BUILDINGS AND SHOP HOUSES. WE WERE THERE FOR ONE SKETCHING EVENT ASIA LINK SKETCH WALK 2025. WONDERFUL HELPFUL PEOPLE. VERY NEAT AND CLEAN TOWN. ENJOYED SKETCHING THE TEMPLES , SHIPS, SHOP HOUSES.

Kata Beach was busy, especially at the southern end. We rented a scooter and visited Karon Beach and Hai Harn Beach. There are heaps of shopping, money exchanges and restaurant options in Kata Beach. We walked or used a scooter.

Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!

Near airport walking distance, airport public bus to old town and beaches, there is a restaurant near hotel which can cook any menu from Thai to western. Near walking distance to nai yang quiet beach.

nice beach and reasonable price for the beach chair& solar umbrella, only 100฿ for a whole day rent. The sands there feels good and always suitable waves for enjoying swimming along the coasts and water games.

Room for improvement to be clean and well organised to manage shops, restaurants, and massages to welcome tourists from around the world. Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years.

I have been going to Rawai for 25 Years. I even bought land there. Its great as there are many beaches and restaurants, with Nai Harn very close a 5 Star Beach. There are many places of interest nearby, unfortunately Big Buddha is currently closed. One thing to note now is that the Banks won't let you take money from your Debit Card, Credit cards are O.K though, but I don't use them. Every where uses cash so make sure you take plenty of cash to last for your holiday. The ATM machine withdrawals will cost you £10 a withdrawal with a limit of £200. Average Restaurant meal costs around £25 for 3 people inc. soft drinks. I always hire a car, but services have improved with regular electric buses and always taxis/tuktuks,

It was a very refreshing stay in the property which was full of greenery and good views of beach from the huge balcony attached to the suite. Did not want to leave the property so early and definitely want to come back again.

Recommendation for restaurants = "My Front Yard" is a new location with several different types of restaurants. Ate at three of them and the food and service was excellent. Recommend "Home Sweet Home" as the close by go to coffee shop.
