Super-fast high speed WiFi Internet - the fastest anywhere we’ve stayed in Thailand at over 300Mbps. We very much enjoyed our time here - a few days before we headed off to Ko Lipe. Very clean. Daily room cleaning. Powerful hot shower. Right on the beach. We like that it was a short walk to the pier, but far enough to be very quiet. Neem and her team were great. She gave us lots of tips on place to eat and a free ride to the port when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

The villa design is incredible. The room was so spacious, had everything you need. The bed was incredibly comfortable and big. The view from the villa every morning and evening was exceptional. This is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in and nothing beats the view and service. So so happy with my stay here. Watching the live music from the pool was very memorable.

The location is few KM's away from the night market. The whole property is very spacious with sufficient parking lots, picnic tables, playground, outdoor dining area and swimming pools. They also provide public toilet and prayer room that can be used after check-out. The breakfast is fairly simple but complete. The resort is like a chalet.. they are a few chalets in the premises.. ours is nearer to the pool... sad thing is that when we are there it rain heavily so we cant take much picture. One of the best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed! The staff is lovely and friendly! Dogs and cats are well behaved and easy to cuddle. Rooms are clean and comfy! The location is just perfect! 5 min walk from the walking street but quiete. 5 minutes walk from sunrise beach and from the secluded beach behind serendipity resort (you should not miss it!)

The whole place was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It felt brand new. Room was very big, and the bed was super comfy. Staff really did an amazing job anticipating guest needs. The special diet breakfast they made me was so lovely and thoughtful. I felt well taken care of. Beach and a ton of restaurants within 2 minutes walk, and a nice little promenade area with food stands.

Our family absolutely loved this resort on our favourite island Lipe. This resort is terrific for families. Super clean abd large rooms. Our kids loved the enormous pool, which was nice and warm. The resort is beach front and we enjoyed many sunsets, whilst the kids played in the sand and swam. The 'Walking Street' is just a few minutes away, so the location is perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful and our children loved seeing the towel art that housekeeping left them each day. House keeping were great and very generous with towels. This side of the island has a lovely ambience and is protected from stingers. We suggest walking along to the other side of the beach to Sanom Beach. It's stunning, quiet and has no stingers there. It also a great spot for snorkelling. The hotel staff meet you at then port, take your luggage and walk you to the hotel lobby. We recommend for families.

Our stay here was wonderful! The room was very confortable and well equipped, just 20m from the Pattaya beach. They clean everyday and provide you bottles of water. The buffet breakfast in the morning was amazing, with a large choice of food and drinks. They even offer you the transport of your luggages with a trolley from the port to the hotel :) And they have a lot of deck chairs and parasols you can use! ☀️ Book your stay here, you won’t regret choosing this place ☺️

All the staff were fabulous… always willing and happy to help out with anything we needed. Food was excellent … beach was clean and tidy everyday… rooms were great… such a chilled and quiet place … 10 minute taxi into walking street provided free by hotel at 7.30 in the evening or you could walk down hill to the beach which takes 5 minutes and along Pattaya beach to walking street… snorkelling boat trip was sorted by hotel which was a brilliant day.

Be careful if you book this hotel. You will pretend is your home for some days and it will be a wonderful experience, but then at some point you will have to leave and your life will be miserable again. I have had the best hotel experience of my life in room 401 and I still can’t get over it.
