We love the place, may be if you look for the beach the location is far away, but to get to phuket town the location is perfect. The room is clean and quite big, provided with a small kitchen as well. The swimming pool is amazing and the italian restaurant great. We will be back for sure

We extremely like the interior and exterior, the beachside pool and the nature all around. We like the hospitality of the employees and great breakfast. It is a great option if you want to chill a little bit by the beach, in the pool or even in the terrace of your room - just taking a break from buisy life in Thailand. What can I say about this hotel. More than you will ever expect. The rooftop pool? Able to enjoy day and night? Without many people? Karon magic! The jacuzzi and hot steam? Paradise. The massage ladies? Professional and happy to serve, with decent prices? The room? Stylishly decorated, big size, excellent shower size and function. Food? A lot to try for everyone, reasonably priced for Phuket. Excellent vegetarian options with European or Thai-style food too! Peaceful, in walking distance from everything. The breakfast was excellent quality and the staff? The best, with first of all the Manager that is always present, his door is always available to knock if you ever need anything and all these come with big smiles and polite personnel. Highly recommended

A really spacious room with en suite shower & toilet, good pressure bum gun, and as much HOT water as you need. There was a slight blockage in the shower drain, which was fixed as soon as I reported it. The staff are absolutely wonderful, always happy to help, Pin & Otti will look after you whatever time of day. I originally booked just for a few days, extended for another 4 days..and after such amazing service extended another 12 days. Rooms can be cleaned daily if you wish,fresh new towels and free shower gel, and tea/coffee and water replenished every day too...and a balcony for the smokers 😉 Kettle & hairdryer in the room and Pin got me a big mug for my morning tea! 7/11 and ATM machine right next door, great café and other eateries close by, OTOP Market is a short walk with lots of bars & food... and sports on big TV everywhere, short walk to Patong Beach but taxi bikes always available across the road. A working lift so easy for the luggage

This has been the most incredible stay I have ever experienced. Soooo luxurious! I did not even dream about. First of all, the staff is super super kind. The restaurant Manager and restaurant service was doing so many nice things to make us happy. The food was delicious, many options to choose from. The villa was stunning, so clean! Cleaning was twice a day, in the evening we were served with a tea. The hotel took care also of mosquitoes every evening. Thank you so much to all of you! We were crying when we were leaving. Great place for weed addicts and the party crowd but actually a bit of a shit hole. The people are nice and friendly wherever you go. I think there are better places on the Island of Phuket. Lots of food choices.

It was raining the whole time I was there so I only walked along Aonang beach, I did not go into the water. But for the short time it stopped raining, they had 2 groups performing fire show on the beach and it was really cool! Some restaurants have great view, I was at one of those, the Reeve Beach Club, their food was good too. It was just fun sitting there sipping your cocktail and watch the long tail boats dropping off people on the beach!

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and...

The hotel is in a great location on top of the old town and seconds from great shops, coffee bars and a vast range of venues. It is an excellent value place to stay if you want to be in the centre. The old town is great for the Sunday walking street and has everything to offer. A selection of different music artists, brilliant choice of street food and lots to spend your money on. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been to 4 Thai seaside resorts so I know a little about them. Koh Samui seems to lack a spirit of 'self' - the tours available go to natural sites which are average. And expensive. I didn't see any cultural tours. I saw hundreds of massage parlours, weed shops, and cafes. The whole place seems to be a fisherman's village that has been pumped up by advertising and wasn't really ready for it. I would really avoid this place in the high season. On the other hand if you just want to sit in a resort next to a beach and eat and drink, this could be for you. Long way to go though...

Lovely strip of mainland beaches that reaches north for around 20kms; less frenetic than Phuket but still with plenty of casual beach restaurants and massages; lots of restaurants on the main road within easy walking distance of resorts; close to golf courses and nature reserves for adventure activities and also within closer reach of the spectacular Similian and Surin Islands (high season only from November to March); a great choice of accommodation from simple guest houses and bungalows to international-branded resorts with every imaginable facility and activity, great options for every type of holiday from a multi-generational family reunion to a quiet getaway for couples; easily reached by a good road from Phuket International Airport in one hour, the same time taken to reach some Phuket hotels from the airport during busy periods.

We came here to have a relaxing week during National Week in October. My husband and daughter had some of the best scuba diving experiences and they would definitely love to go back and do more dives (yet there are so many other places to go and see....). We stayed in the southeast for the first part of the trip, and found that to be a bit secluded - great resort, but a little too isolated and cut off for us overall. The second half we stayed in Sairee Beach area and it was amazing! So much going on and great restaurants and sunset views at your fingertips. We had wanted to rent scooters to explore the island more, but after seeing the condition of the roads (very steep and sharp turns), and so many people with "Thailand tattoos" from road rash, we decided against it, so we didn't get to see as much as we'd hoped. Maybe next time....

Kata was nicer than Patong - less night life,

Kata was nicer than Patong - less night life, We didnt enjoy the beaches the amount of rubbish in the sand and water is very sad- not just Kata we found the all the Phuket beaches the same, very sad or maybe we are very lucky in NZ to have beautiful rubbish free beaches

Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!
