We loved this small boutique hotel.. its totally hidden from the outside. Its a loft style room, where we had a large bed on the top of the loft and bottom floor two single beds. Front room where we can unload our luggage. The main room had a dresser and a fridge and coffee station and storage. The bathroom was very spacious. The property had a cafe at the back which was quite lovely like a Barista and we could order any kind of coffee. They also had pastries. The breakfast was great, mixture of western and eastern food. We also had lunch here once and it was really good. The hotel has a lovely pool as the hotel has a fitness centre, which we didnt use. The staff were so lovely - they were all young, some could speak English and some couldnt and we used our language app to communicate. They arranged tuktuk for our day trips and dinner. We went to a lovely place recommended by the staff to try Sukothai noodles - it was so good. 7/11 is across the street so you can any supplies. The main attraction - the ancient city is about 40 minutes away, and it was arranged by the staff. The tuktuk driver was so nice, he took us all over the ancient city. This ancient city is a must as many dont visit here. Its a must if you want to understand Thailand's history. It will be a long day as many of the sites are all over the city, if you can do the main site, which will take you most of the day (walking around all the ruins) and seeing one of the large Buddha statues outside the main area, we were very happy with. This hotel is so lovely, it was written about in a in-flight travel magazine and we were pleasantly happy and surprised as they deserve all the accolades as they are lovely people. We highly recommend this tiny boutique hotel. Second night we walked closer to the main bridge and found a bar where all the expats hang out and found a food hall next to it and ordered food and ate on the street with plastic stools.. we have such good memories of this magical place.

It was a pleasure. Room was perfectly clean, air conditioner works great, the bed was really comfy and clean, the place is absolutely amazing, really cute place, the air quality is really good, it’s nearly to the historical park of Sukothai, they give you free bike for tour the park. The staff was really nice, they give you all the instructions to go to the park, see the best attractions, where are the restaurants, they even offer to book the bus tickets and tuk tuk in case you need it, and it was cheaper than i see online. The breakfast was really good. Options like fresh fruit, yogurth, eggs, juices, coffee, sausages even rice. Everything was simply great, looking forward to come back.

Excellent service, location and staff. We were welcomed extremely kindly and helpful. Very nice room, large and very clean. Location super central and convenient to all points of interest. But the highest score is certainly due to the helpfulness and competence of the staff (especially the receptionist!) who helped us a lot, even translating and writing for us a note containing all the allergies - note that is still "saving our lives" in other cities in Thailand (thank you!).

Lovely hotel in great location in quiet street however, near to the historical park and places to eat. Large comfortable room with all required, including kettle and plenty of water. Nice bathroom and laundry service available. Helpful staff, nice breakfast. Beautiful gardens & lovely fairly private pool area to enjoy after a hot day out. It appears that there is much maintenance underway post Covid to ensure all is very nice at the resort. Would choose this hotel again.

I liked that the hotel have provided us with free use of bicycles whenever we needed them and how all of the staffs are very helpful and welcomed us with a smile. We also got to learn a lot about the history of the place and got great recommendations from the lovely receptionist P’Joy :D

Staff went way beyond regular tasks when they assisted in surprising my companion for her birthday. Thank you all very much! Also when I approached them with a small problem they just solved it in a more than hoped for way.

Very very clean, extremely comfortable room, good breakfast, location is convenient to go anywhere. Lady who owns the hotel is very kind and attentive in all details. Pool is clean and a big pleasure to swim after a gull day

Everything is so perfect. Finally, i extended 2 more nights here. The staff were nice, good service, daily clean room and a cute swimming pool. I feel so relaxed here. The place is more beautiful than the photos.

beautiful grounds and very comfortable rooms, great pool with lots of chaises. staff very friendly. place had great atmosphere - could have stayed longer. dinner by the pool was very good. a delightful fund.

1.The breakfast is good even for vegetarian and start from am06:00,therefore we can eat breakfast even our flight time is 08:50. 2. Thanks for your staff's great help to correct our booking options error.

All quite extraordinary. The willingness of the owners to fulfill all your wishes, excellent cuisine, excellent breakfast. Very nice dog Panda. We'd love to come back, for sure.

Everything was nice and the staff was helpful in telling me about the festival which was a marvelous sight to behold.
