Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We arrived very late, yet there were no issues with welcoming us, securing a parking spot. The hotel itself has a basic equipment, yet after 24h spent on a fairy and crossing the border it was more than we could ask for. In the morning kids were given a fresh orange juice, we got coffee and got super tasty breakfast. I would recommend this spot as a perfect start of your African trip. :) thank you!

Everything was very nice, the host was extremely friendly and decent and the apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. I had a very pleasant stay here and if i will return to Ezzahra one day again i will definitely book this place again! Thank you very much.

The hotel is in the heart of the Medina, a big plus for me.
My suite was comfortable and extremely spacious, a living area, a wardrobe room, a lovely bedroom and a large bathroom, with bath and separate shower.
The reception team and room service were attentive and helpful and made sure I felt at home away from home.
And finally, I enjoyed use of the steam room and dined well in the rooftop restaurant.
If I should return to Tunis, I wouldn’t want to stay elsewhere.

Poor quality facilities at a cheap price.
Poor quality facilities at a cheap price. The best I can say is it was clean and had a nice pool but I didn’t go there to spend time at the pool. Expect very limited choices for eating meals there with the same choices every day. You must speak French or Arabic if you want to communicate well with the staff as their English is poor and limited. There are no exercise facilities outside of the pool. There’s no access to the beach immediately behind the hotel from the hotel.
