I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional – a special thank you to Serdar, Arman, and Farshid for always being so professional, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Also, a big shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast; always smiling and attentive, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean, and location is very good; everything you need is just a short walk away. And even if something isn’t nearby, the amazing staff always go out of their way to help organize everything for you. Highly recommended! 😃

Hotel is in a great location very closed to the town. Our balloon flight got cancelled but staff was super friendly and helpful by organizing an atv private tour that made our day great. We will definitely come back next year as we were happy with staff and the hotel which also has great views and good food.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was also very warm in winter. The location was good, a few minutes from Goreme centre, Tepe Hill (the best sunset and sunrise views). Everything was incredible. The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Delicious breakfast with local products and dishes but what we liked the most was the attention of the staff, they were super helpful from the minute we arrive, they helped us with all our bookings for activities, they found my sunglasses that I forgot in the airport shuttle, arranged us a last-minute reservation for new-years eve, and let us made the check out one hour later because we woke up with a flu (they even took us to the pharmacy). Highly recommended.

I stayed in the hotel with my friend, everything was great . The location was so picturesque, breakfast fantastic and the staff was friendly and they were always trying to assist with everything. This hotel is gorgeous and very authentic. It’s located in a small village, away from the mass tourism. Which is why it was perfect for our romantic getaway. The staff was super friendly and helpful, also with organising activities in the area. We stayed in the Roman King Suite, which is a magnificent room with hamam and jacuzzi area. Very charming and spacious. Would totally recommend. The pool area is super cozy and peaceful.

Tips of Goreme: - Schedule the balloon ride at least one hour before sunset. The red and green tour is a must to do also, but pay attention inside the stores they will guide you, it is everything more expansive in those stores. If you are looking some asian food go to Quick China, reasonable prices and good quality, if you looking for some nice steaks, go to Wood Fire Steakhouse.

Nice little town with loads of places to see but the theme is more or less the same, different shape stones in different places and valleys. The balloon experience, either in or off, is amazing to see.

In Kapadokia every single place is absolutely marvelous! The nature and ancient sights are wonderful. It's a pity we spend here only 3 days! Recommendation: rent a car and study everything reachable around. There are so many places, a lot of wild places!

It is a lovely small town next to Goreme (famous for the hot air balloon rides and pointed rock structures) so its a short ride away with none of the hustle and bustle of a touristy town. It has many local restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, to eat at without breaking the bank. There is a promenade with on the river with jungle gyms and play areas for little kids. And fishing is also possible from the banks of the river.

Ortahisar is a beautiful little town.

Ortahisar is a beautiful little town. It’s quite quiet but a short taxi ride into slightly busier Goreme. I’m glad we stayed in Ortahisar though as it was much more relaxing and quaint. Hisarönü Restaurant was our favourite place to eat - fantastic food, lovely Cappadocian wine and shisha. We even got given a free slice of cake as it was the owners birthday. Highly recommend!

I would easily spend about 3 days in Cappadocia, if not more. It is scenic, warm (in Oct), active, has amazing food, but a little touristy and a little commercial as a result. Just be aware so you're not disappointed. Goreme is crowded and commercial. Urugup and Uchisar may be better choices to stay in, especially if you are driving, plus a bit less touristy and crowded - more authentic Turkish hospitality. We spend time in all 3 towns and liked Goreme the least.

Great location for accessing the Cappadocia region, activities and trails. Good, little town center with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The Uchisar castle is at the heart of town and wirth a visit.

Urgup is small town but has a lot of very nice local...

Urgup is small town but has a lot of very nice local restaurants, no chains!! A number of small shops selling local produce and the usual souvenir shops. Is you want a lot of hustle and bustle choose somewhere else but if you want somewhere a little more chilled and authentic this is the place.
