Would absolutely recommend the Surfjack and would absolutely go back. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, beach close, one block to all the action on the main strip of Waikiki, best value two bedroom apartment that we could find - very spacious room and really lovely decor, great pool - deep and just the right temperature, awesome vibe around the pool with great music from 6 - 9 - delicious food - we ate dinner there every night - venturing out and then returning two nights - it’s like the best kept secret in Waikiki! We had an unfortunate incident with some unruly guests and the staff were absolutely awesome got straight onto it (removed them from the hotel) and gave us a complimentary night - well above and beyond what we expected and awesome customer service. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I had a spacious room for 3ppl. The location is quite convenient for us although it is outside Waikiki which is always busy full of traffic. Waking distance to Ala Moana centre and beach and just next door to Walmart and don quijote. It was clean and staff were nice.

The location was quite reserved and and well situated. The beach was long and beautiful. The rooms were clean with great view of the ocean. Kahala will easily inspire you to reconnect with nature.

We stayed on the 11th floor with an amazing view. The hotel was in a great location. Great staff and extremely clean room. The balcony was refreshing and great to step out on.

Its so clean and have a good vibes. We likes the special touches they leave daily at the room. Loved the cookies and ice cream they were offering at tge pool.

Friendly customer service and a true aloha vibe. We were also close to local areas and could escape the Waikiki strip for some autentic Hawaiian food.

Everything was great! And a good price for downtown Waikiki! Direct access to parking garage was also a plus!

I loved the Fireworks and the Luau at the end. The check out time at Noon was great also.

Turtle Bay is stunning, clean and has everything you could possibly need to relax.
