The location of the hotel near the beautiful beach and the nice outside pool, heated, with sea water were a definite plus. The suites are comfortable and pleasant, opening on the pool and overlooking partially the ocean. A wonderful place especially if you have children, on the quiet side of Old Orchard Beach.

Loved the seaside holiday vibe . We have stayed in a property like this so this was a great first time experience. In fact , we will return as we liked the town . The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful . There was a cheeriness about the staff.

The management and the people at the front desk were unbelievably helpful and nice. Very accommodating. The place is clean, the pool was clean and beautiful, the location was great. I loved everything about this place.

Really big room, lovely fireplace which helped given the weather. Front desk staff really helpful, pool very good, parking easy. 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Arcadia NP - perfect!
