We didn’t have the breakfast but the hotel decor was fantastic. Rooms were spacious & well designed. Lots of device plugins. Fridge & microwaves GREAT. Walk-in shower GREAT. Best thing: Light around the bathroom mirror took 10 years off! lol

It’s very well put together with nice big rooms. They provided us with everything we needed during the stay. The heated pool area was such a nice touch during the cold winter. Really nice people working there too!

I liked that there was a shuttle to the airport, and all I had to do was call to have them pick me up. I liked that I could schedule the shuttle to return me to the airport at a time I needed. I liked that there was a continental breakfast. It was excellent food. I liked that there was a comfortable bed and that it was very quiet.

I knew it was going be cold - I had anticipated -2 degrees celsius. I wasn't expecting -17 degrees celsius and a lot of snow. The city council did an incredible job keeping the roads and pavements safe but obviously it did make exploring a little harder than anticipated. However - We visited the famous Mall of America and a NFL game at US Bank stadium, also wandered down to the Stone Arch bridge over the frozen (!) Mississippi. It was a weekend so all the bars downtown were very busy but we managed to get seats and tables with patience and service was always excellent

Love visiting the harbor to watch the ships come in.

Love visiting the harbor to watch the ships come in. There are plenty of restaurants with wonderful food and good service. Lot of road construction going on now so getting around isn't as easy as normal.

We wanted a clean and comfortable hotel for our road trip overnight stay. This hotel was very nice and convenient. It’s close to the highway and has secure parking. Most of the hotel guests seem to be either associated with the hospital and staff or patients and their families. The surrounding area seemed very safe, with lots of restaurant options. We are the Red Cow restaurant for dinner…a nice, healthy option, just across the street.

Besides the hotel, we only ate at one other place, which was the Railcar restaurant on seventh street. excellent food and staff. We were there for a high school graduation party and watched several softball games in the area. Highways and streets were well marked and close.

My sister and I like the Treasure Chest Thrift store and Modern Barnyard. We like that there are lots of good restaurants to choose from. We ate at Granite City and the food was very good. Prices are reasonable and the Bloody Mary was excellent! We also went to St. Joseph's and loved their coffee shop and stores. Walking trails are great too.

Mankato is a big city lots of restaurants to pick from when spending the night. We found Panda Express food was great. When we were in Las Vegas we ate there. Getting around is easy with Map Quest.

My friend took me around to places of interest, restaurants and artistic venues. Couldn't really tell you where all we ate, most of it was middle eastern and it was quite good. I never felt like I was as close as I was to metropolitan areas because it was quiet and secluded. Getting around, not the easiest due to construction, but detours well marked

Burnsville is around a lot of beautiful nature -- national wildlife areas and parks of various sizes. There are plenty of restaurant options, depending on your own tastes, but there are practical businesses clustered together, like Cub and Walgreens. Travelers are right by 13, 35W and 35E, so it's an easy hop, skip and a jump to all the museums, shows and culture the Twin Cities have to offer. It's an excellent place to visit if your clubbing days are over.

The hotel is nicely updated, the rooms are stylish and have all of the amenities. The only thing I didn't like is that our room was WAY on the other end of the hallway and my husband is blind. But that wasn't the hotel's fault.
