- From US$292.64 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 427 reviewsWe stayed in the old part of the hotel. Reminiscent of old style wild west saloon and hotel, but with all modern conveniences. Surprisingly comfortable. Room and ensuite were small but had everything we needed. Restaurant food and service were excellent. Folk music in the evening was most enjoyable and stopped at 9pm. no noise at all from bar or restaurant after 10pm, very quiet. Hotel gave us excellent recommendation for breakfast at Farmhouse Cafe, a few miles out of town.Guest review byMichaelAustralia

We were visiting my stepson for his birthday and decided to enjoy not only his company while in Albuquerque, but he also took us on a road trip to various cities beyond. While in Albuquerque, we did have several meals and cocktails around Old Town and downtown.Guest review byshemmer926United States - 10.0

Downtown Santa Fe is charming and walkable with tons of culture. It’s not nearly as big as I expected from a state capital! Very manageable for a short trip. Most shops lean touristy (so many jewelry stores) but in the plaza you can find local artisans selling. The food scene is excellent. Don’t miss Senior Murphy’s for Piñon chocolates or Tia Sophia’s for red or green enchiladas and sopapillas with honey!Guest review byBerg - 8.0

This is an older hotel but it has a lot of character and nostalgic charm that we enjoyed. Rooms were clean and the bed was good. Our room windows faced Route 66 so it was rather noisy with traffic all night and the air conditioner was rather loud as well. The bathroom had a great shower but the room was so tiny there was no where to put your toiletries. We ate in the restaurant for supper and the burgers and fries were good but nothing remarkable. If you feel newer hotels are lacking in character and charm, stay here. It was a fun stay.Guest review byIvyUnited States - 10.0
My husband and I had a terrific time in Las Cruces.
My husband and I had a terrific time in Las Cruces. We came down for a four day trip to look at homes and we found a beautiful one! If you are interested in moving to Las Cruces, I would recommend reaching to Michael Carvlin at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate- Steinborn & Associates. He took us around the town to introduce us to every aspect of the area. He discussed the good and the bad of every location. I felt that we ended up finding a lovely home in a beautiful area in Las Cruces. We're excited about moving there!Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Very surprised that I enjoyed Taos more than Santa Fe.
Very surprised that I enjoyed Taos more than Santa Fe. Excellent galleries and unlike Santa Fe where you risk being hit by a car when walking to galleries (bc there are no sidewalks down Canyon Road and parking at those galleries is impossible), it was super easy to get around. Beautiful art, jewelry, weavings, lovely artisans and shopkeepers. Just a laid back nice comfortable town.Guest review byCherylUnited States - 6.0

Came for the UFO Festival and it seemed less than previous visits. Not many speakers at UFO Museum and activities were scheduled strange. Drone show on July 3rd then no fireworks on the July 4th. Most activity was on Saturday July 5th (pet costume, people costume, parade) and nothing on Sunday June 6th so left a day early. You can only go through the stores and vendors so many times especially in near 100-degree temperatures. People costume event held at noon with very little shade.Guest review byFrankUnited States - 8.0

I like Farmington, because it is a good base to visit sites like the Aztec Ruins, Chaco Canyon, Shiprock and Four Corners. We even drove up to Durango, Colorado. Next time we plan to visit Mesa Verde from Farmington. There are lots of restaurants in town and some nice places to buy souvenirs downtown and at the trading posts.Guest review byEvaUnited States - 10.0

The caverns are a must see! So amazing and large.
The caverns are a must see! So amazing and large. Plus the Guadalupe Mountain National Park in Texas is just a short drive away, too. The biggest surprise was the Living Desert State Park! It was a wonderful botanic garden and zoo. Even in the heat, it was fantastic! The food was okay - nothing awful, nothing fabulous. The people? They were awesome, so friendly and helpful!Guest review byDrpjscUnited States
