What’s not to like? Friendly staff, wonderful location, excellent food. We had a lovely stay. This is a real botique hotel! Quaint and charming to the bone. Nothing here is cheap, but it was well worth the price.

So clean. So comfortable. It was two friends so the king bed was perfect. The view was amazing. The pool was so clean! We also also enjoyed having the restaurant and lounge downstairs. We are local but going to the Casino and wanted to walk. Location is perfect for that. Enjoyed coffee and a morning walk right across the street. The staff were helpful and professional yet kind enough to spare a moment for a person who needed that kindness. A++++

Loved this resort! A very roomy studio apartment with lovely equipped kitchen which was awesome. A great spot for exploring the local area, so much to see and do. Modern and spacious, wish we could have stayed longer!

Portsmouth is great.

Portsmouth is great. We had not been, but we are very happy event and we will be going back. It's a rather large city area to walk and shop and eat until your heart's content. It wasn't very busy at all because it was during the week and probably off-season for the most part. They happen to be setting up for the Christmas tree lighting the next day. I wish we had known we would have come for that. Next time we'll plan better. Then we went to Prescott Park, which is a really lovely little walking park. It is perfect to walk off at Thanksgiving dinner. There seem to be plenty of street parking and there is parking lots. It's all paid parking, but I have to say it's pretty inexpensive. I think checking out Portsmouth is a sure thing.

We really loved the luxurious rooms at the Concord Hotel- huge, clean, and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful- making great suggestions for dinner when we asked for curbside pickup ideas. The bed was ultra comfortable and there is so much to see in walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was provided- had variety of breakfast wraps, fruit, muffins, bagels, waters and juices.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfy! The hotel is huge so be prepared to do a little bit of walking to other amenities they have (well worth the walk though). My only complaint was the main room light switch was hard to find and the doors closing were very loud. I would definitely recommend this hotel over any others in that area.

So glad we decided to stay here instead of in Boston or Salem, MA. We took a chance thinking it was convenient for us for where we planned to go - and we were happy with it. Salem NH is a cute town with all the amenities a town would need and the charm of slower lifestyle. It's such a good location to base out of . We will stay here again on the next trip to New England.

Hampton Beach is fun.

Hampton Beach is fun. Small walkable boardwalk, good food, nice beach. Short drive to Kittery Maine Outlets. Water is cold, but it’s relaxing to listen to the waves. Seaketch Seafood Restaurant on the boardwalk is excellent, great food!!

Staff was sooo helpful. Location was great for visiting our granddaughter at UNH. Housekeeping was upon request. We request once during the 4 night stay. Would stay here anytime. A bit pricey, but clean and quiet. Worth the money.

Wonderful, quintessential New England town.

Wonderful, quintessential New England town. Incredible location next to rivers, mountains, hiking/ski areas, some of the better restaurants in New Hampshire. Good proximity to many attractions up Routes 16 or 302 heading North, or down Route 16 to N. Conway and Conway.
